Today’s guest is a fascinating one. I first found him through his book, The Secret of Instant Healing and then began to watch video after video of this man heal people all around the world. Dr Frank Kinslow has been researching and teaching healing techniques for more than 35 years. His work draws from his clinical experience as a chiropractic physician and a huge passion for relativity and quantum physics. In 2007 the Quantum Entrainment process of instant healing was born out of a personal crisis. Dr Kinslow began to share his method and within a few years, tens of thousands of people around the world began healing themselves through his work. Dr Frank went on to publish bestselling books, including Beyond Happiness, How to Be Happy Without Even Trying, The Secret of Instant Healing and the list goes on. His body of work is truly phenomenal. Beside this he is a teacher for the deaf, a doctor of clinical spiritual counselling. On today’s podcast we will be speaking about life after death with the most wonderful author, healer, counsellor and spiritual midwife, Mariel Forde Clarke. Mariel has dedicated much of her life to helping people rethink the end of life and supporting their transition from the physical to the non-physical. Mariel’s interest in the afterlife stemmed from her own near death experience when she was pronounced ‘dead’ on the operating table and that was when her perspective on life totally changed. In her book, Whereafter: Where do our loved ones go after they die?, Mariel weaves the science and the spiritual to create a beautiful, heavily researched book that soothes the soul by sharing a possibility of what happens after we depart from reality as we know it. Mariel was a self confessed sceptic before her own experience but now she is here to guide us and help thousands of people realise that when physical life ends, the love that was shared was eternal, and that love never dies.Find Mariel:Website: http://marielfordeclarke.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mariel_forde_clarke/?hl=en---The code for the free product is NOTPERFECTFREE. On today’s podcast I speak to the global, spiritual teacher Monica Berg who is the author of some of my favourite books including Fear is not an option and the book we are going to be speaking about today, Rethink Love. Throughout Monica’s work she shows individuals how to create a life in which they are living and loving as the most powerful and fulfilled person they’ve always wanted to be. Her books combine her many years of Kabbalistic study with her own personal life experiences. She battled and overcame a debilitating eating disorder at a young age and as a mother of four children, one of whom has special needs, she has become an outspoken advocate for him and others struggling to find their voice. Monica and her husband co-host The Spiritually Hungry podcast which is truly brilliant. She also serves as Chief Communications Officer of The Kabbalah Centre International. Monica’s book on love is a highlighter at the ready book. Love is something which is confusing me lately as I’m only just beginning to understand the full extent of what that word really means. It’s far from what Disney told me many years ago. It’s a true honour to have such a profound spiritual thought leader on the show today. Links to Monica’s website:https://rethinklife.today/Link to Monica’s books:https://rethinklife.today/books/ Link to Monica’s podcast: https://www.spirituallyhungrypodcast.com/ Follow Monica: @monicaberg74---The code for the free product is NOTPERFECTFREE. Today I have Ian Washington-Smith on the podcast and wow are you guys in for an extra special episode! I recently spent a weekend with Ian who taught me some of the most mind-blowing lessons on mental health, beliefs and behaviour change and I can’t wait for you guys to get a taste of what I’ve been learning. Ian is one of the most fascinating people I’ve ever met, he’s a former police manager who ran operations and intelligence management, corruption, prevention and covert investigation. He then went on to found organisations such as the Thames Valley Black Police Association Cognitive Coaching and most recently Mindsmith Thinking. Ian supports individuals and organisations to change by adapting their thinking towards issues such as individual potential, people productivity, diversity and leadership. Through his work he is able to unlock inner gifts within people. Ian’s approach is profound, it’s different and it takes inspiration from so much of the history of psychology. It is some of the greatest teachings and I hope every single person can learn from someone like Ian.Find Ian:Website: https://www.mindsmiththinking.com/Instagram: @mindsmiththinkingFind out what colour you are by taking the personality test here: https://my-personality-test.com/true-colours ---The code for the free product is NOTPERFECTFREE. Today’s interview is with a very special guest, Dr Rosemary Mazanet who is one of the world’s leading medical advisors and researchers. Among the many boards she is on, Dr Rosemary is a Charter Trustee at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and is the Co-Chair of the Leonard Davis Institute Executive Advisory Board at Wharton. In today’s episode, we are going to really dig deep behind the truth and the history of CBD. CBD burst onto the wellness scene in about 2018 in a massive way and it brought a lot of confusion with it. Does CBD work? What should or shouldn’t it be used for? Dr Rosemary is the Chief Science Officer at Columbia Care and one of the most exciting global experts on the subject. It is a huge honour to welcome Dr Rosemary on the podcast to really look into the why’s, the what’s and the research behind CBD as we know it. Trust me, this episode is mind-blowing!The code for the free product is NOTPERFECTFREE. In today’s podcast I am joined by Natasha Lunn, the features director at RED magazine and the creator of a popular and acclaimed email newsletter, Conversations on Love. Her first book, Conversations on Love, was published in July and went straight into the Sunday Times top ten bestseller list.Natasha Lunn’s work is some of the most important work being done and it is all centred around teaching us about LOVE. I opened her book and on the first page in black and white, Natasha explains that none of us talk about love and yet still expect to be an expert at it. I don’t think I realised how complicated my relationship with love had become over years of bruising and I’m sure many of you might relate. After years of feeling that love was always out of reach, journalist Natasha Lunn set out to understand how relationships work and evolve over a lifetime. She turned to authors and experts to learn about their experiences as well as drawing on her own asking: ‘How do we find love?’, ‘How do we survive when we lose it?’. I am joined today by a long term friend of mine, Genelle Aldred. Genelle is a former ITV and BBC journalist and the founder of communications consultancy GA\C. She is now a published author and has written a book we all need to read. It’s called Communicate for Change: Creating justice in a world of bias and it explores the missing nuisance to our conversation in the public arena at this moment in time. It’s a thought provoking book that unpacks the tribalism we see in our culture and presents a new way forward, a far more harmonious way, a way that appreciates all individuals and is a guide book to how we get there. If we want to make a positive difference, we have to know how to recognise our own biases and blind spots - only then can we understand how to be part of the solution and start having meaningful conversations. Genelle offers suggestions to help us be better listeners, readers, watchers and talkers. She breaks down the barriers to effective conversation so that we can disagree in a more nuanced and thoughtful way and stop singular narratives driving our conversation. This was such a fascinating conversation and I'm thrilled she's shone a light on a topic that is so relevant. My guest this week is Dan Murray-Serter. Dan is a serial entrepreneur, the co-founder of a brain care company called Heights and the host of the UK’s number one business podcast, Secret Leaders.Dan’s journey actually began from his own struggles with mental health: trying to solve his chronic anxiety and six-month-long insomnia. He tried everything from self-medicating with alcohol, without alcohol, saw a therapist, a doctor but to no avail. But when a friend asked whether he had considered his brain’s nutrition as a cause, he decided to see a dietitian. He found out that he didn’t have key nutrients needed for his brain and she recommended high quality supplements. His sleep dramatically improved.Dan’s life is now focused on how he can improve brain care and he has created the ‘Smart Supplement’ to help others on the same journey and teach them about how to feed the brain for it to thrive. This week my guest is someone who is totally extraordinary and her energy fills an entire space with such positivity and empowerment. Tai Beauchamp is a motivational speaker, media personality, meditation leader, writer, entrepreneur, philanthropist and soon to be author. In the past year she set up morning mindset with Tai and has thousands tuning in several times a week to upgrade their minds in the mornings and it is honestly so refreshing. Today we dive into her wisdom and Tai explains why a morning routine is so important. She discusses the tools you need to create a great morning and what thoughts to consciously bring into your mind. She explains that so many of us are jumping up into our day and not preparing our heart and spirit to expect, desire and design great things. She believes that the way you start and the way you begin is half the win. It's all about being in the right headspace to get what we want and clear as to what actions we want to take.I also wanted to let you all know that I'm taking a short summer break from the podcast but I will be back with some more fantastic guests in September!Find Tai:Instagram:@taibeau@morningmindsetwithtai @isbrowngirljaneWebsites: http://www.taibeauchamp.com/ https://www.instagram.com/itsbrowngirljane/?hl=enThis episode is sponsored by Good Hemp. Today’s interview is with a pioneering thinker who is on a huge mission to make 1 billion people happier. Mo Gawdat is the international bestselling author of the book, Solve for Happy and the host of the extremely popular podcast Slo Mo. Mo started his working life as an engineer and then took on the role of Chief Business Officer at Google X. I love the way Mo’s mind works because he marries the science and the logic with the spiritual. Mo does this excellently and with so much ease and harmony that after hearing him speak or reading his work, you leave with a sense of order and calm within. Mo’s latest book, Scary Smart, is another hit in the making. I’m not sure if you know much about artificial intelligence and the world of robots but this book explores what is waiting for us in the future. Mo explains its 100% fact that robots are in our future but explores how this will affect us, our mental health and the way we live. And asks the question - what can we do about it now? This book is a wake up call, a call to action, a mirror to the way we live now and an invitation to raise our game as humans to ensure that the AI algorithms that are learning from our behaviour start to prioritise kindness. So I hope you enjoy this insightful, fascinating conversation about robots, AI, our mental health, kindness, compassion and where our responsibility lies. Scary Smart is out in September, please pre-order your copy now as you can enter a really exciting competition. My guest on the show today is Robert Mack, an Ivy-league-educated Positive Psychology Expert, Celebrity Happiness Coach, Executive Coach, and author of the brilliant book Happiness From The Inside Out. Rob has been teaching people how to be happier before most of the world was even speaking about wellness and is one of the world's leading experts on the relationship between happiness and success. Today’s guest is a huge inspiration of mine and her research has been incredibly influential for my work. I mention her throughout my book so to have Kristin Neff as a guest on the show is a true honour.Kristin Neff has pioneered the field of self-compassion research for almost 20 years. She has developed a training program called Mindful Self-Compassion and authored best-selling books such as Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself. Her work has changed millions of lives and has proven that being kind to ourselves can improve our health, relationships and set us up for a truly successful life. In today’s interview, we dive in to her latest book, Fierce Self-Compassion: How Women Can Harness Kindness to Speak Up, Claim Their Power, and Thrive and unlock Kirsten’s learnings around the power behind self-compassion. We talk about the benefits of self-compassion and how we need to develop both its fierce and tender side. We discuss how women have been discouraged from developing their fierceness as part of their true nature and how Kristin encourages women to reclaim the powerful side of kindness in order to find lasting happiness and bring about social change. I know it can be the hardest thing to be kind to ourselves, and we can get easily caught up in our inner critic telling us all the things we should be worried about but Kristin’s work shows us how dialling down that voice and turning up the volume of compassionate thoughts can be truly life-changing. It’s a skill we all need to learn and Kristin shows us how. Find Kristin Neff: Website   Twitter      FacebookCentre for Mindful Self-Compassion WebsiteBuy her brand new book here: Fierce Self-Compassion: How Women Can Use Self-Compassion to Stand Up, Claim their Power, and Speak the TruthThis episode is sponsored by Good Hemp. Today’s guest is Dr Andrew Morrice. Dr Andrew has spent decades as a GP doctor working for the NHS in England but 15 years ago he decided to start learning about the Human Givens approach alongside his clinical practice. Human Givens approach is a therapy that takes a truly bio-psycho-social approach towards emotional and mental wellbeing. I first learnt about Human Givens from my mother who studied the approach too and I honestly think it’s one of the best frameworks to understanding our emotional needs as humans. In this episode we dive into the brain and body connection and we discuss why physical factors can create emotional and mental challenges and why a lot of advice about health is contradictory and distorted by vested interests. Dr Andrew sifts the sense from the nonsense making it easier to think clearly about how our brain and body work together. He runs fascinating day courses which are jam packed full of learning and I couldn’t recommend them more. As Maya Angelou said - “when you know better, do better” and I don’t think you could find a more inspirational teacher than Andrew. I hope you enjoy this episode! Find the Humans Given Course here: https://www.humangivens.com/college/the-mind-body-connection-online/Find more on Andrew Morrice here: https://www.hgi.org.uk/find-therapist/therapist/andrew-morriceThis episode is sponsored by Good Hemp. Do you ever have turning points in the month where you feel ready to conquer the world on one day, but the very next day you feel like you can’t achieve anything? If the answer is yes, then you will be fascinated by my guest today. Amy Thomson is a tech founder, entrepreneur, author and all round wonder woman and expert on all things hormones. It always amazes me how much we don’t know about the fundamental mechanisms that go on inside our bodies every day, especially when they affect our mood, health and wellbeing so significantly. Amy has dedicated her life to helping us understand our hormones better, she has built an app Moody and just released her new brilliant book of the same name, Moody: a woman’s 21st century hormone guide. In this episode, Amy shares the research and science behind how our hormones work for twenty-first-century survival, how understanding them can help you build better and healthier routines, and why the systems and cycles inside us are an invisible but powerful force. We discuss why we need to start thinking about health and wellbeing from the perspective of a female experience because women’s bodies are different to men’s, what happens to our hormones when we fall in love and the impact that the contraceptive pill can have on our bodies. Follow Amy:Instagram: @amytstory Book: https://www.bookdepository.com/Moody-Amy-Thomson/9781529110333?ref=grid-view&qid=1613851794504&sr=1-2App: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/moody-month/id1414905792This episode is sponsored by Good Hemp. This week I am speaking to Jeff Kahn, one of the world’s leading sleep specialists. He is the co-founder and CEO at Rise Science and was one of the first to publish research on technology enabled sleep behaviour modification over a decade ago. He has recently completed the largest known study on sleep and real world job performance which I find deeply fascinating and something that is not spoken about enough. Jeff’s research and work has been read by millions and he continues to empower people to live healthier and more successful lives through better sleep and circadian health. His incredible company could not be more relevant today. The app essentially helps you make behaviour modifications all-around sleep. Jeff believes lack of quality sleep may be the most under appreciated health concern in society, and his company is working to change that through sleep behaviour modification. In this episode, we discuss how sleep is the fibre of what it means to be human and how it has the power to affect our diet, our emotional health, our ability to exercise and even our vocal tone! Jeff explains that the two things you should care about are sleep debt and circadian rhythm. He encourages us to monitor our total sleep debt over time to get an accurate picture of your sleep need. He also suggests we strategise our day around the day’s dips and peaks - scheduling tasks that require more concentration around our peaks and more passive tasks around our dips. His app Rise Science helps you track sleep, know your energy schedule, measure your sleep debt - allowing people to keep their circadian rhythms and sleep debt at the forefront of their minds. I learnt so much from this conversation and it is definitely worth a listen if you struggle with sleep or if you’re in need of a bedtime routine. It is a total honour to have Ann Louise Gittleman on today’s show. Ann is a top nutritionist and author who is internationally recognised as a pioneer in dietary, longevity, environmental and women’s health issues. Ann was talking about wellbeing before anyone even knew what it meant and at the age of 70, she is still making waves in the health and wellness industry. Ann is an award-winning New York Times bestselling author of over 35 books and has recently added to her collection with her latest book, Radical Longevity. Her new book depicts a new view of ageing - one that defies conventional wisdom and redefines the ageing process with resilience, vitality and grace for cellular regeneration. The topic of ageing is important for every age as all of us should practicing healthy ageing habits and techniques to ensure we support our health for as long as possible. Ann does just that and this episode is brimming with information. We discuss why epigenetics are so important when thinking of the longevity of our health, how our body stores trauma and how our bodies are continuously being betrayed by the toxicity of our environment. Ann provides tips on how we can fortify the glands and ward off radiation with certain foods and supplements. While she’s extremely conscious of everything she consumes, she leads a very balanced diet and even encourages people to drink coffee (the purest kind) and indulge in a glass of wine or two! I am very happy to take that advice on board. Her book is eye-opening and while you may never look at foods in the same way, Ann is proof that her lifestyle will keep you young and healthy for a very long time! Find Ann:Instagram: @annlouisegittlemanWebsite: https://annlouise.com/Book: https://www.hachette.co.uk/titles/ann-louise-gittleman-2/radical-longevity/9780738286167/ You can now pre-order my book, Happy Not Perfect: Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts and Free Yourself From Anxiety by clicking here. Today’s guest is someone I wish I’d discovered years ago, Cal Newport. Cal is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Georgetown University and the author of seven books. His New York bestseller, Deep Work, Digital Minimalism is what led him to write his latest book, A World Without Email. Can you imagine what our life would be like without emails? By 2019 the average person checks their emails 75 times a day and the average worker sends 126 emails per day - that is one every four minutes. Don’t be too alarmed though, Cal Newport is here to provide us with practical solutions for learning to live with email successfully rather than have it destroy our working patterns. In this episode, we talk about the destructive nature of social snacking and how unhealthy our digital habits have become. We discuss how it plays into our dopamine response and how it’s encouraging us to become addicted to tech. However, what Cal explains is that the issue is not the content itself but the way that we use tech as a distraction mechanism. The truth is that the more we rely on technology, the more it is affecting our brain health. However, it’s not all doom and gloom. Cal talks us through the ways in which we can be more disciplined with communication. He provides us with a number of practical solutions for tackling email exhaustion, email etiquette, how to improve processes that aid performance and how to inform others about your new way of managing email. It won’t come as a surprise that you won’t be able to find him on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram but you can visit his website calnewport.com and read some of his fantastic essays. You can now pre-order my book, Happy Not Perfect: Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts and Free Yourself From Anxiety by clicking here. This is a very special episode in partnership with Smile Makers on the science behind pleasure and all things sexual wellness. If you are someone that feels a bit sensitive around this topic then please have a listen because my guest speaks about this extremely important area of our health in such a detailed and data driven way. It was absolutely fascinating to hear how an area of the wellness industry can be so misunderstood. In this episode I am joined by the wonderful Cecile Gasnault who has been working in the sexual wellness industry since 2016 and is a director for Smile Makers. Smile Makers is a sexual wellness brand dedicated to the pleasure of people with vulvas. It was created nearly ten years ago with the ambition to bring female sexuality out in the open and pleasure products to the shelves of mainstream retail. It’s the only brand in this category that has never sold in sex shops and has partnered with retailers like Cult Beauty, Goop, Feel Unique and more. Cecile is a leading global speaker about female sexuality and the importance of vulvas. She launched a whole pleasure-positive sexual education programme called Vulva Talks for free in response to the many questions she would receive and to bust some of the damaging myths around this subject. She is a woman on a mission to change our understanding of how we view our sexual pleasure and it is a total delight to have her on the podcast.Cecile has kindly offered Not Perfect listeners a 15% discount on all Smile Makers products. My guest this week is a fearless leader who has spent 25 years championing women’s rights across the world. Brita Fernandez Schmidt is the executive director of Women for Women, an incredible charity that I’ve followed for years that works with women in countries facing conflict and provides them with tools to empower. She is also the author of Fears to Fierce, a women’s guide to owning her powers. It combines her own inspirational story and the women she’s met to help us all connect our truth, passion and purpose. Brita helps to free us from our limiting beliefs, step into our power and become the leader in our own lives. She provides us with tips on how to unlock the purpose within us and how to find our ‘fierce’. She explains that one of women's biggest fears in life is that we are not enough and that we all have a tendency to change ourselves in order to be liked. She encourages us to stop waiting for others to evaluate us and to realise that we matter.Reading Brita’s book was a truly transformative experience, she is incredible and I cannot wait for you to listen to this episode.Find Brita:Book: Fears to Fierce, https://www.britafs.com/fears-to-fierceWebsite: https://www.britafs.com/ Instagram: @britafsYou can now pre-order my book, Happy Not Perfect: Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts and Free Yourself From Anxiety by clicking here. On today’s show we are diving deep into self-esteem and exploring the most important relationship, the one with ourselves. My guest is Stefanie Stahl, a bestselling author who is published in over 29 countries and one of the most popular psychologists and trusted experts in Germany. She has sold over two million copies of her book, The Child in You and has been number one on the bestseller list for over four years. Stefanie advocates for everyone to develop their self-awareness and perception as she believes it is the most powerful tool in improving relationships in your life. In this episode, we discuss why self esteem is the epicentre of all our mental health problems, why we all have a basic need for attachment as well as autonomy and how the traumas that we experience in childhood (however big or small) unconsciously shape and determine our entire approach to life as adults. Stefanie shares her approach for working with - and befriending - our inner child. She explains how in getting in touch with our ‘shadow child’ and embracing our ‘sun child’, we can learn to form better relationships and become our truest self. This was such a fascinating conversation and her book has had such a profound therapeutic impact. Today I’m interviewing writer, speaker and thought leader in human potential, Peter Crone, aka ‘The Mind Architect’. I’ve been following Peter’s work for the last few years and it has had a profound impact on me along with millions of people around the world. He has worked with world-famous actors, athletes and very successful businessmen, yet what he teaches resonates with every individual. There are very few people in life who are able to sum up seemingly complex ideas about what it means to be human and make all the anxieties we face sound simple. Peter Crone is one of them. In this episode, Peter explains his famous quote: ‘true happiness is the absence of the search for happiness’ and why being at peace with the worst case scenario means there is nothing left to fear. He goes on to explain how we can only be free when we are in complete harmony with our current circumstances. It's when we stop trying to figure everything out, that we will find freedom. The product Peter shares is freedom and though you might wonder how an earth someone can sell freedom, this interview will show you how. His philosophy is life-changing and this is such a powerful conversation which I hope will help every single one of you.For more on Peter Crone, be sure to follow him on Instagram @petercroneofficial and check out his website https://www.petercrone.com.This episode is supported by OTO CBD. I am over the moon to be joined by Byron Katie, the founder of The Work which teaches people how to end their own suffering. She is someone whose work I’ve been following since I was 16 and when you begin to watch her talks, read her books and listen to the stories of millions of people who she has helped to challenge their thoughts, I’m sure you’ll be in just as much awe as I am. In 1986, Byron Katie’s life changed forever. She was 43 and had been suffering from an eating disorder and suicidal depression for years, until one day the discovery of questions ultimately led her to freedom and peace. She went on to create The Work, which is a process of inquiry that allows anyone to do the same by asking themselves four key questions: Is it true? Can you absolutely know it’s true? How do I react in that situation, what happens when you believe that thought?Who would you be without that thought? In this episode, we discuss why suffering is optional, how freedom is our true nature and how by isolating just one thought, you can find a place of truth and joy. We discuss how this simple yet powerful process of inquiry can allow us to step into a new reality that exists beyond suffering and ultimately set us free. Find out more about Byron Katie here: Website: https://thework.com/Instagram: @byron.katieThis week's episode is in partnership with Erno Laszlo. So in today's episode we’re going to find out what an earth KINRGY is, the why behind its power and how in moving your body you can upgrade your energy. On today’s show we are diving into the moon, quite literally. My guest is Kirsty Gallagher, the wonderful author of Lunar Living. She’s a meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, life coach and a best-selling author who has recently released her Lunar Living Journal to accompany her brilliant first book. In this episode, Kirsty describes how working with the constantly changing phases of the moon can help you to understand yourself like never before. Can a plant based diet really make you feel happier and healthier? David & Stephen Flynn - better known as The Happy Pear twins - definitely think so. The Happy Pear started out back in 2004 with a tiny shop and a dream of helping people to eat more veg. Fast forward to 2021 and The Happy Pear now consists of cafes, food products, online courses, cookbooks, a podcast and a community of over 1 million people living healthier! In this episode, I talk to David and Stephen about their new book, The Happy Health Plan, which is packed full of mouthwatering plant-based recipes and lifestyle tips to help you feel healthier and happier. They explain why calories from whole foods will fill you up and nourish your body in a way that refined and processed foods never will and why eating a more plant based diet will have a catalytic effect on so many aspects of your life. What I loved more than anything was their positive attitude towards food and how it’s not about being perfect, it’s about doing your best. An attitude we should adopt with everything in life. I promise your shopping basket will be packed full of fruit and veg once you’ve listened to this episode!Follow The Happy Pear on Instagram here: @thehappypearBuy The Happy Health Plan hereWatch The Happy Pear video on Natural Viagra mentioned in the episode hereYou can now pre-order my book, Happy Not Perfect: Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts and Free Yourself From Anxiety by clicking here. In today’s episode, I speak to nutritionist and biochemist, Karen Hurd. Karen discovered the life saving benefits of beans over 30 years ago when her 18-month-old daughter was tragically poisoned by a household pesticide. Since then she has been asked to speak and teach all over the world where she educates people on the healing ability of food. Her philosophies, education, and protocol have helped thousands and thousands of individuals heal from serious chronic disease, as well as boost the health of people living an already balanced life. In this episode, the Queen of beans explains why beans are the solution and how they help to remove toxins from the body. Karen explains how we can all be healed with soluble fibre and goes on to discuss the adverse effects of the 's’ word SUGAR and caffeine on our bodies. I had so many more questions for Karen and can’t wait for you to hear the rest of our conversation in Part 2. Where to Find Karen:WebsiteWant to feel a bit happier? This interview today is a very special one because it’s extremely rare I get the chance speak to individuals who have nearly lived a century on this earth and are willing to share advice and wisdom with us all. My guest this week is David Gilmour who is a serial entrepreneur and at the age of 90 is still pioneering new areas of the health industry. David is the founder of FIJI water, one of the most famous bottled water brands in the world and in light of his work exporting Fiji water, was awarded one of the most prestigious awards being The Order of Fiji by the president of FIJI for his philanthropic and commercial achievements in the country. Once FIJI water was sold, he didn’t stop but began his next mission, to create a company that was an answer to his most burning question, “what has the power to support and transform health the most?” The answer came and in this episode, David educates us about his discoveries, like finding out about the power of turmeric and its ability to reduce inflammation, and learning about the secret power of Kava in calming stressed minds. These learnings along with other findings on healing natural ingredients turned into his latest venture, www.wakaya.com. David, through Wakaya Perfection has dedicated his life to ensuring more people can benefit from high quality root ingredients to transform their health like he has done. He realised that FIJI’s volcanic nutrient rich soil had the capability to create the highest grade possible to ensure maximum impact on the body and immune system. Please learn more about Wakaya Perfection here: www.wakaya.comUse the discount HNP30 for 30% discount on either www.wakaya.com or Amazon UK for better shipping rates.
