This conversation with Marli Williams is for all the people pleasers out there. If you fear disappointing others, it’s time to stop saying yes to everybody and everything else, and start saying yes to yourself!    Marli is the founder and director of Camp Yes - an adult summer camp and global movement to empower entrepreneurs, leaders & changemakers to show up, play full out, shine their light and share their message boldly with the world by saying YES to themselves FIRST!  She has so much liquid gold coming out of her mouth, you might want to grab a pen to write down quotable nuggets, like, “Do your best until you can do better and then do that,” and “Your external world or reality is just a mirror. It’s just reflecting your internal landscape.”  Marli asks mic dropping questions like, “What do you want people to say behind your back?” and much more. In addition to camp leader, Marli Williams is a master facilitator, leadership trainer, joy instigator, and international speaker with over 15 years of experience.  She also works with individuals and organizations to stop waiting for permission and start taking action to be the change-makers and leaders they’ve always wanted to be.If you want more Marli, reach out to her and send her a personal message on Facebook and she will send you a video message back!Facebook - Instagram  - Website -     Find more about Amy Stark and her courses:    Pod Healing Calendar:    Align Training:    Donate to the Podcast:

Wondering how those energy healings affected the ladies from our first pod healing? Julie Belew joins me to talk about some of the ways in which her energy pathways are opening up and some cool things that have happened to her since our session.   Like many of us, she was hoping to quickly graduate from "Earth School" so she can sit back and enjoy the rest of the journey through life.   But she says she only woke up about a year ago to start practicing meditation and improving her mindset.    Julie learns that healing with energy is a process and doesn’t happen overnight. She finds out how to embrace loving and accepting herself with the help of EFT and more great advice from Amy.    She’s found a way to tell her story to the world through podcasting to help process her past traumas. She is encouraging others to tell their stories too, in order to help normalize experiences such as sexual assault and to end the shame that can accompany those events.    Learn more about Julie’s podcast and iRonick Media: And join her on Thursdays 12pm EST on Clubhouse for Empowered Podcasting.   Learn EFT Live Virtual training:   Pod Healing Calendar:   Align Training:   Donate to the Podcast:   Find more about Amy Stark and her courses:

In this very special episode, five ladies bravely share what they have been working on and struggling within their life. Through Amy's connection with the Divine, each guest gains insights into the energetic blocks and limiting beliefs making them feel stuck and frustrated. Issues range from not feeling like enough no matter what, to a lack of self-care despite knowing how important it is, to being afraid to share a gift that so deeply wants to be shared, to healing chronic emotional and physical pain. Throughout the episode, Amy reveals her healing techniques, as well as some helpful mindset shifts and how to do EFT to help release physical and emotional pain. You'll hear laughing, crying, yawning, and even coughing from all the energetic releases happening, but what you will probably feel most, is the unconditional love and appreciation that Amy has for these guests showing up and sharing from their hearts. By the end of the episode, it becomes clear that these 5 beautiful strangers were brought together because they all are wanting to heal a pattern of not feeling worthy of unconditional love despite unconditionally loving others. In these tumultuous times, it is important for all of us to consider who we are and what kind of life we want to be living. In this episode, Wylie McGraw shares how you will need to get uncomfortable in order to transform your life. He shares how he bravely ushers in the dark with his clients to bring forth the light. He is an expert at pushing limits and assisting leaders to step bravely into the unknown---claiming and creating the life of an optimized leader. Wylie first discovered this talent when he led troops into some of the most dangerous areas; often relying on his innate ability to intuit what his soldiers needed inorder to push through their natural hesitations and instincts so that he could then determine the next best course of action. In this episode, Wylie helps us understand the difference between transference and transformation and why you should push to experience the latter. Amy and Wylie also discuss how we, as humans, are not here to merely show up and check off boxes. We are here to shine and become the greatest version of ourselves possible. Wylie McGraw is the founder of Radical Performance Acceleration and for well over a decade now he’s been behind-the-scenes doing life-altering work with powerful CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Leaders, and Public Figures accelerating their performance both personally and professionally. Is the Matrix real? In this episode, Mark Gober returns to the podcast for a deep dive into deconstructing the present and gets us thinking about ways to recognize current paradigms within the powers that be.    From the press, to the government, to people who refuse to let go of things that aren’t true or contradictory to reality, we’ll discuss our understanding of the global dark night of the soul. As Amy says, “the further we go into the dark, the more you find the light."   Mark previews some of the ideas he writes about in his latest book, The End to Upside Down Liberty, including why the institution of government - a monopolistic body with which citizens have no explicit contractual relationship - is inherently hazardous to our freedom. All of Jen McNerney’s dark night of the soul lessons have come from trying to “fit in” and in this episode, she is sharing her experiences and her super power of “remembering" to return to your true self.  As a people-pleasing teenager with a quirky personality, she said yes to taking acid at a party in high school, which turned her whole world upside down. Unable to tell what was real or not, thanks to hallucinations, hearing voices, and suicidal thoughts, she questioned whether she’d ever be sane again. One day a therapist helped her realize it wasn’t her fault and that she should forgive herself. In that moment she began her journey toward self acceptance.   Throughout the episode, Jen shares the various tools and techniques that help her to heal. Most notably, she shares how Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) has significantly transformed how she feels and relates to the world, and how she incorporates it when helping kids, teens, and adults find their unique voice. Jen has been drawn to energy healing for over 15 years now and says, “We are energy!” She is a Masters Level Usui Reiki Practitioner and teacher, certified Level 1 NET Practitioner. She teaches mindfulness classes to kids and adults using an array of tools to help raise one’s vibration and communicate one’s own unique soul. Jen balances her hard work with playing soccer with Amy. Born and raised in a orthodox religion, Ashley always had questions but mainly did what she was told, until one day when everything came crashing down. At the age of 30, Ashley Whittaker began questioning her strict religious community over a cup of coffee. In her religion, coffee is not allowed to be consumed, but soda is acceptable. Unfortunately, the 6-8 diet sodas she was drinking a day to keep up with her church, parenting and wifely duties was slowly eroding her health. One day, a doctor recommended she switch to coffee. Curious as to why soda was allowed, but not coffee, Ashley began to do her own independent research. Independent research was not allowed either in her church, but she googled anyway and gave up the soda for one cup of coffee a day and her health drastically improved. This led Ashley to question why the church had kept something from her that ultimately made her feel so much better. Through her independent research and experience, she began to feel betrayed by the church which became a 4-year journey to find the Truth. The struggles of leaving a very strict life and culture are not easy but they are worth it. Now she’s free to live each day without having to have an answer or judgment. Enter Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in the shape of a key to my undoing and ultimately my truth. Since finding freedom through NLP and Time Line Therapy, I have gone on to create The Female Coaching Academy alongside my business partner Anna TeRaki. In less than 12 months we have changed lives of many women, including our own, with contracts of US $250K. I live in sunny North Queensland, Australia, with my husband Anthony and our nearly 4-year-old son Harrison. My 23yo daughter Emily and her partner love to travel the world, however Covid has seen them work their butts off to save a nice big travel fund ready to initiate when safe. My 26yo daughter Jessica is currently in NSW attending medical school after working as a mental health nurse…hey, at least she’ll be able to look after me right! I am passionate about message and my story. I’ve been a victim many times, and refuse to live my life based on the victim default setting assigned to me.
