Bryan Rhode is the CEO and Founder of ACUMEN (www.ShopACUMEN.com) a revolutionary clothing line, designed to help men look sharp throughout the day. It truly is an amazing idea which was inspired by Bryan's service as a United States Marine Corps Officer. Though the idea of the ACUMEN is incredible, what we enjoyed most is Bryan's journey from his military days to becoming a attorney, getting into politics, and finally becoming a entrepreneur. If you think you have to do what you've always done, listen to Bryan's story, and you'll be inspired to take action on your dream! Bryan and Eric, two marine corps brothers, had a great time on this episode of Lead Sell Grow - The Human Experience Podcast. What was most fascinating about Bryan's story is how he continues to pivot in new directions. It's almost as if he's fearless. We discussed his journey of becoming a Marine Infantry Officer and then later on going to school to become a lawyer. He then ran for public office, and when that didn't work out, Bryan went into corporate law. It's truly amazing to see someone try so many things in their life. After seeing men struggle with keeping their shirts neatly tucked in, Bryan developed a revolutionary clothing idea, inspired by the shirt stays marines wear to look "sharp" in their uniforms, and brought the idea to life with ACUMEN.If you're looking to improve your self esteem, be sure to check out our episode with Dr. Shad HelmstetterIf you enjoy the episode, please be sure to subscribe and leave a review here. Be sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowConnect with Eric on LinkedInFollow the show hereDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster! Learn more about our services: www.TheGoalGuide.comImprove your sales and stay connected – Free Gifts Here https://shor.by/TheGoalGuidePodcast Intro and outroArtist: DisfigureTrack: BlankMusic Provided by: NoCopyrightSoundsWatch: https://youtu.be/p7ZsBPK656sFree Download / Stream: http://ncs.io/blank

What is Selling With Dignity? That is the topic for this podcast as Eric and Harry speak about the new book. What is selling with dignity? It is treating yourself with respect and being respectful of others. Those that sell with dignity are not necessarily putting pressure on people to make a decision. We talk about a number of areas where this comes to the forefront. "Actors" are in sales too. However we don't need to be that way. If we are of the mindset that we don't want to resort to tactics, we don't have to. The book is for salespeople that don't want to be the pushy salesy type. Entrepreneurs will also benefit from this book. Some are afraid to ask for the order. In selling with dignity we have the opportunity to serve our clients and part of that is making the ask.For more about the topic of Selling With Dignity the book can be purchased on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1956353011?pf_rd_r=M5S2SXWXF0D238JFVEJV&pf_rd_p=8fe9b1d0-f378-4356-8bb8-cada7525eadd&pd_rd_r=5d278a39-a9cb-4f7f-aa06-63dd5221a55a&pd_rd_w=TCFVd&pd_rd_wg=fOhLA&ref_=pd_gw_unkhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/harryspaight/https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrow

Meetings!!! Do you feel that we have too many meetings? Are they productive? Do they have a purpose? Are they the right length? Are we having them at the right time of day? Are we meeting to have meetings? So many of us get bogged down with meetings and miss out on productivity. David gives us some very valuable insight and guidelines. Are your meetings held on Monday mornings? Is this a good time to have a meeting? Could we try Tuesday and see if the participation is better?Do meetings drag on because because the tradition is to have the meeting last for an hour or two hours? David gives the example of moving the meeting towards the end of the day so quitting time is the natural end of the meeting. What about Powerpoint? Are our slides filled with text? If they are, we may be lacking confidence that we don't want to miss anything. If this is the case, we can trust ourselves a bit more by removing the text and using a few pictures as talking points. If you can see the tops of heads in the audience, that is an indicator that the audience has lost interest.David reminds us that no one dies while giving a speech. Once you give it, you can ask yourself was it worth being that worried? David has quite a few stories and is well worth listening to and one can learn alot from this podcast.Find David here on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidjulianprice/His website https://davidprice.com/

Amy Hrehovcik joins us in having A Genuine Conversation About Diversity and Inclusion in Sales. Amy has quite the background in tech sales. Surprisingly there aren't a lot of women in this space and Amy shares some insight. There are situations in sales where women are treated differently than men. Its hard to imagine for some of us but the old school mistreatment of women with innuendo and crude remarks, is still far more prevalant than it should be. This discussion leads to the situations that minorities may be confronted with too. There aren't any easy answers. In How to be a Go Giver to Grow Your Business, Bob Burg shares that being a Go Giver is all about about providing immense value to others. Nobody cares if a salesperson has a quota or needs to earn a living, the sales professional that is looking out for the interests of others. The  book The Go Giver Leader is also similar in the sense that the priciples are the same. Leadership is influence. The essence is Pull instead of pushing their will and ideas on others.Influencers pull. People must first buy into you before they buy into your idea. The Go Giver leader and influencer need to be asking themselves questions about our clients or team member's goals and valuies. Helping them get what they want. Bob is the author of Endless Referrals which was a "how to" book. Great salesmanship is not about the product or the service. It is about the person you touch. The client is going to feel the impact of the sale. Having a noble purpose, a Why, is going to separate  salespeople and companies. Being outwardly focused on others will lead to better results. Yet we also have to deal with our own human nature which typically means we are self focused. Bob brings up his definition of happiness which is living congruently with one's values. Just because we think something is a value for us, does not mean it is valuable for the prospect. How can we find what is valuable to others? Ask questions and listen is the best way to do this.  Listen to understand. Remembering that we all have our own set of beliefs. Thus there is a need to constantly and gently ask for clarification. Read the books, the Go Giver found https://burg.com/books/Bob Burg can be found at www.burg.comBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

How to Create an Authentic Brand and Scale with Rob Napoli  is a conversation with the aim of helping entrepreneurs grow their business. How does one get a personal brand and then grow it? Where are the customers? That is where you want to be. Are they on Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter? Go engage with your customers and potential customers. The magic starts here with engagement, dialogue. Its not just about likeing someone's content but really engaging in digital conversations. How do we engage with people that may not even be found in Social? Is there anything we can do? Maybe the CEO isn't on Linkedin but are there others in the company that are active on it? By connecting with and engagging with employess of that particular company, we can create the connection paths. People want to work where they can make an impact. Eric raises the question about a company that has a strong Why. Rob provides an answer about a company that brings up the difference from serving and being "willing" to serve. Its like a person who builds a business out of Demand but not clearly understanding the Why. The company without a Why is not going to have as much passion behind it.Rob shares his sales process where he touches on Linkedin, Instagram, Clubhouse and making connections and having conversations. How does one find the time to do this? The answer? A  virtual assistant helps with the posting and game planning the week or the next 10 days. Many who struggle with staying focused  like Rob, who candidly speaks about his ADHD challenge. From  the various experiences, Rob had to think what is it that he wants to do. With all of the activities and the workload, he realigned what is important to get done.  In this conversation we get to hear Eric Konovalov the coach. If one is thinking about changing the routines, what is it you are trying to achieve would be a good question to ask.For more about Rob who is a giver, find him here on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/robnap/https://beacons.page/RobNapoli

Are you familiar with the Law of Attraction and the Secret? If so you may have come across Bob Doyle. Bob joins us in the conversation, The Not So Secret Side of the Law of Attraction. In this conversation, Bob removes much of the mystical and focuses more on the mind and the brain as well as breathing. This is a solid conversation that you are sure to enjoy.Bob has been teaching these principles through programs, live events, podcasts, livestreams, coaching, writing, and even virtual reality, since 1998. He is driven by his passion for creative self-expression and his work is heavily focused on helping people decide who they want to be and how they want to express themselves. Recently, Bob’s attention has shifted from the metaphysical aspects of the Law of Attraction or “reality creation” process, to a more grounded and biological look at what controls our experiences… our brain.Bob believes that an understanding of how our brain is processing our experience of reality, empowers even Law of Attraction skeptics to see results with creating their lives by design instead of by default. In addition to his work in personal transformation, Bob has also been a voiceover artist since 1985, and the host of The Bob Doyle Show, where Bob showcases his other outlets of creativity including music, computer animation, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and more.Towards the end of the podcast, Bob speaks about the  power of the breath and breathwork to gain direct access to the subconscious mind. Its science folks. Learn more here https://www.somabreath.com/#a_aid=bobdoyleWe appreciate your support. Find us and subscribe and leave the 7 Star Review!

Michelle Prince, a former copier salesperson, (both Eric Konovalov and I can relate to that) joined us to discuss How to Write a Book to Grow Your Business. Michelle also has some stories form her years working with Zig Ziglar. Michelle tells the story of being in software sales and making good money but something was missing. It was her passion that was missing. She ended up writing a book about her story and before long she was getting calls to do speaking and coaching. Michelle is humble and recognizes that it wasn't her original intention but the chips fell into place and evolved into helping others to do the same.It can be said we all have a story to tell. Listen to this podcast and you will agree. One of the suggestions is to write about what you are passionate about. Once you have a book out you will be talking about it for a long time. What faces many of us is the fact that we are dealing with self doubt. We may not be Zig Ziglar but our story may resonate with someone who might never pick up a Zig Ziglar book.So you thought about writing a book now how do you start? Michelle suggests figure out the passion and the experiences. What are you passionate about on one side and what are the experiences on the other side should be written down. Then you can match things up and get started. Its as easy as speaking into an audio file or typing. If you are writing a book to sell books, its an uphill battle. The book will be a revenue producing opportunity for you if its considered a business card book. People will throw away a business card or a brochure but its rare that they would throw a way a book. This is a podcast that you may want to listen to more than once if you are thinking about writing a book or woondering what to do with it. Michelle can be found for a free strategy session at https://performancepublishinggroup.com/contact/ or michelleprince.comBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

Coach Phil McGeoghan-NFL Wide Receivers CoachConsistency, burning desire to compete. Sacrifice. Up early in the morning. As a football player, Phil like all players are under intense scrutiny. Their games and practices are filmed and coaches are approaching players to improve.Phil was the oldest of 7 kids. His dad was a prison dentist and a disciplinarian. Phil learned early what it was like to lead by setting a great example for his siblings. It is probably no accident that all of them have turned out with impressive careers.Phil shares some of his vulnerable characteristics with his players to build trust. This is much different compared to the authoritarian style of leadership that is so prevalent in the sport of football.Phil is one who takes responsibility. Listening to how he takes responsibility for a printer malfunctioning at a deadline is impressive. Most of us would gladly put the blame on an inanimate object but Phil talks about the accountability in the minor things as well. Instead of worrying who is to blame, one can move on quickly in a culture of accountability.Great advice is provided for the IGM people (I Got Mine). He suggests sitting down with the mission statement and drive the better culture, what is acceptable and what isn’t. The IGMs may bounce from job to job but that will catch up with them.A challenge with some athletes is they lived their entire life playing in front of others with incredible highs. These athletes have an incredible let done to deal with and are starting over at the bottom. Even those that made tons of money are dealing with a huge void without the game.Overall this was an extremely enjoyable and enlightening conversation about coaching in sports at a very high level that easily translates into leadership in business.Find Coach Phil on Twitter @philmcgeoghanBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster! Learn more about our services: www.TheGoalGuide.comImprove your sales and stay connected – Free Gifts Here https://shor.by/TheGoalGuidePodcast Intro and outroArtist: DisfigureTrack: BlankMusic Provided by: NoCopyrightSoundsWatch: https://youtu.be/p7ZsBPK656sFree Download / Stream: http://ncs.io/blank-- Harry SpaightCoaching Speaking Serving Co-host of Lead Sell Grow The Human Experience Podcasthttps://www.linkedin.com/in/harryspaight/ Cell 954.864.0468

Eric and I have the opportunity to speak with a rabbi who is now helping businesses to build trust with their teams and customers. How to Connect and Build Trust by Using Ethics - With Yonason Goldson we discuss the value of ethics and purpose in business. Success in business is ultimately about relationships and trust.Businesses sometimes lose sight of the simple things like doing the right things for their clients. Earning people's trust will help turn your clients into salespeople for your company.  On the other hand there are companies that will pit employees and managers against each other in a survival of the fittest culture. These types of cultures are not sustainable. Yet other companies that build on trust and culture, not only do well, the message of culture travels and people want to do business with thoose cultures. We also touch on the fact that sometimes we have to keep our beliefs to ourselves in order for these same people to at least listen to a message that may help them.  This conversation is one that we could continue for some time. For more quality time with a Hitchiking rabbi, find Yonason Goldson on Linkedin  https://www.linkedin.com/in/yonason-goldson/and his website https://www.yonasongoldson.com/contactBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

What does one learn from playing a sport such as football? This is what we discuss in Business Lessons Learned From Football - With Aswand Cruickshank. Aswand grew up playing football and learned about wins and losses. When one gets knocked down, we learn from it and get back up and try again.Aswand is a 2x author, who is unafraid to take risks. He attempted to start a semi-pro football team without fear. It didn't work out but that fail did not determine who he is. He went back to his old coaches and got the encouragement to keep moving forward in life. Aswand gives a great shout out to his mom, Debra Cruikshank. She gave him perspective and helped him to establish priorities in life. Mom had his back on each occassion where he took a fall.Aswand is releasing his secomd book, Make Your Move and can be found on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/aswand-cruickshank-3a4415b6/and his website here https://makeyamove.com/Be sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

Despite massive spend on lead gen, sales effort, tools and gifting, outbound generates too few meetings.  It is more challenging than ever to book meetings. So what do we do? More of the same? Here is a fresh approach. Scott Milener joins us to share A Unique Way to Book More Meetings. Scott has been involved with SaaS sales and knows that everyone has their tech stack and is trying to get more meetings by spending more on technology. IntroSnap is designed to help businesses and help charities as well. Instead of being one of the same old, same old, why not look at something different and fresh? People are passionate about THEIR charities and causes. Instead of telling a prospect that your company donates to charity, how about donating to your prospect's charity? Would that have more of an impact?Listen in on the conversation. This may open up a new avenue for you and your goal to set meetings or move prospects along the sales cycle.https://www.introsnap.com/whyBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

Eric Konovalov and Harry Spaight are joined by a true networking champion champion joins us on this podcast, How to Network and Create Long-Lasting Relationships - with John Carr. John has been networking successfully many years and shares his insight. Networking in Chambers of Commerce and networking groups needs to be strategic and intentional. It is about finding people with a giver's mindset and developing relationships with these folks. Some mistakenly think they need to collect a ton of business cards and give out just as many. That does not result in anything of value. far better is it to have two good conversations with Givers and start building trust with each other. As John points out, once one starts to get referrals, business can be much better. There is already a measure of trust established based on the referral. However, there is still work to do after the introduction. Be a Giver and think of having 1-2 conversations at each event. Before long, you will build up a nice network of people helping each other.John can be found linkedin.com/in/john-carr-1430508 john@jrcconsultinggroup.com

In this podcast, Creating the person you're meant to be with Nick Connor, Nick shares his story about being a pro baseball player that reached his peak and had to make a change. What would that transition look like? In Nick's case, he ended up taking a job in door to door sales selling security systems in residential neighborhoods.Nick talks about the complexities in life and business. In baseball, one can be a really good player but as they progress in the game, they face other players who are also advancing in the game. In his case, the complexity of hitting a 95 MPH babseball with movement was too complex. In business, we are encouraged to grow. What we may not calculate is what is underneath, below the surface. In sales, we need to deal with rejection. Rejection is not something that any of us desire. Just like in baseball after a bad game, players are encouraged and coached to put that game behind them and to keep moving forward. The same can be true with sales. There are bad days and you have to keep sticking with it.We also venture into the conversation regarding the pandemic and making use of the time to make changes for the better. We also discussed Jim Rohn's Goal setting workbook, that can be found here https://store.jimrohn.com/jim-rohn-one-year-success-planner/Find Nick at Nickconnor.com

Chernobyl Through the Eyes of a First Medical Responder with Dr. Alla Shapiro is a fascinating story of the time period of the nuclear accident at Chernobyl. Dr. Alla Shapiro was a first physician-responder to the worst nuclear disaster in history: the explosion at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station in Ukraine on April 26, 1986. Information about the explosion was withheld from first responders, who were not given basic supplies, detailed instructions, or protective clothing.Dr. Shapiro treated traumatized children as she tried to protect her family. No protocols were in place because no one had anticipated the consequences of a nuclear accident. From the outset of the disaster, the Soviet government worsened matters by spreading misinformation; and first responders, including Alla, were ordered to partake in the deception of the public. After years of persistent professional hostility and personal discrimination that she and her family experienced as Jewish citizens of the USSR, four generations of the Shapiro family fled the Soviet Union in the late 1980s. As émigrés, they were each allowed to take no more than 40 pounds of possessions and $90 in cash.Motivated by her Chernobyl experiences, Alla Shapiro ultimately became one of the world’s leading experts in the development of medical countermeasures against radiation exposure. Her book can be found here https://www.amazon.com/Doctor-Call-Chernobyl-Responder-Radiation/dp/1942134738

The story of Mike Shoreman, how a debilitating illness that stemmed from the Chicken Pox he had as a child took him from his career as a professional paddleboarder and surfer to a person who needed a cane to maintain his balance on dry land. Mike explains what happened in depth. How the illness took him out of the life he knew and how it came to a complete crash so to speak. It was so devastating he had to check into a mental health facility. That was the low point of his life and from there he turned things around. In a relatively short period of time Mike went from being totally devastated and broken to becoming a speaker, well actually he entered a contest at Speaker Slam. If you haven’t seen his speech at Speaker Slam, you need to watch it here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2R5DYP1ipD0Mike gave his speech with the goal of uplifting about three out of the 350 in attendance. He did pretty well, so well that he won the contest! Within a week or so from the contest Mike’s speech was being picked up and going viral on sites like The Power of Positivity, A Plus, and Jay Shetty. In 2020, people have lost businesses, dealt with isolation, suffered mental health issues among other challenges during the whole Covid 19 pandemic. Mike feels that we are all “unbalanced paddleboarders” in a sense and is grateful for the fact that he can bring value and positivity to others. This episode is loaded with lessons. Overcoming obstacles, having small wins lead to other wins and continuing to make steps in the right direction, surrounding yourself with othe rpositive people, being aware of your situation in life, getting coaches to help through challenges and projects, are some of the main ones Mike brought up. Eric and I are fascinated with his story and we know you will be too. How a man who was completely broken mentally to now working with people like Jack Canfield and is a National Spokesperson for Paddleboarding in Canada and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for People With Disabilities. It really is remarkable that it happened and in such a very short time period too!To find out more about Mike and his story, look for his book Crash and Rise https://www.amazon.com/Diaries-Unbalanced-Paddleboarder-Thriving-Survivor-ebook/dp/B08HRM3YLZhttp://www.mikeshoreman.org/https://www.instagram.com/theunbalancedpaddleboarderhttps://www.facebook.com/theunbalancedpaddleboarderhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/mike-shoreman-5a1446198https://twitter.com/MikeShoreman

Looking back in life and asking the question "How did I get here?" can open up the mind to being Aware. Joel Holc in his mid 40's asked this question and it brought him all the way back to the last day of school in first grade in Israel. As other kids were getting there diploma to move on the second grade, Joel learned he would be held back. In his mind, smart kids went forward and stupid kids were held back. That really was the beginning of the programming of his mind that lasted for decades.Joel eventually started and ran succesful businesses but something was missing. He was diagnosed with a disabling disease as well. Through the adversity, Joel realized that Fear was the dominating factor in his life. This fear was causing all kinds of stress and issues with relationships and his health.Although Joel's story is pretty amazing and unique to him, he indicates that we all have our own story of challenges in our lives. Hearing what Joel has learned can help us to be more aware of our own challenges in life and hopefully help us in our desire to be better.https://eggshelleffect.com/

Dr. Shad Helmstetter is going to help you overcome the negativity in your life in this episode. He outlines how we are born into this world with unlimited potential. Two babies side by side in a hospital with amazing little bodies and incredible potential ahead of them. Why do some turn out living amazing lives and others do not? The answer may be with the word NO. As children we heard the word tens of thousands of times. That word was getting wired into our brain like a programmer programming a computer, our brains have been programmed. In Dr. Helmstetter's experience he heard how Olympians from East Germany were listening to messages of positive speech to help them with their goals and to overcome any negative thinking. He tried it when he decided he wanted to lose weight. Over a period of 10 weeks of listening to his own recording of self talk for 10 minutes a day while shaving, he lost 38 pounds and has not ever put it back on. Interestingly his wife listened to the same recording and she too lost significant weight. The brain does not care where you came from. It cares about your future. If you say you are terrible with names, you will be terrible with names. However change the self talk that you are great with names and watch how that little step will help.Dr. Helmstetter's books and recordings and Free Trial can be found https://shadhelmstetter.com/https://selftalkplus.com/ Be sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

Collin has an amazing background, as in amazing with overcoming challenges. He was not a student growing up and found his way into Sales as a young man in a boiler room environment. He learned from others along the way including some really good habits and some habits that weren't so good.Surprisingly, Collin likes challenges today. Whether is be working at being an outstanding Dad or an entrepreneur starting several businesses, he is always working at improving and being a better version of himself. Looking at his routine with meditation, journaling, exercise, eating healthy, and working not 14 hours a day, but 8.There is a lot to learn here from Collin with positive reinforcement, I Am statements and goal setting. Collin shares his ideas about the community he is building and podcasting and going from the Always Be Closing mentality which was transactional to Always Be Helping. The latter builds stronger and better relationships and is better for business and life in general. Selling becomes serving and becomes easier because one is not so focused on the result but focused on helping others. Collin is still learning and speaks about his training he attended on prospecting with Jason Bay of Blissful Prospecting. This is just amazing that Collin is learning about prospecting and he could easily teach a class and yet is taking a class with one of his new hires. Leading by example is what Collin does.Collin Mitchell can be found on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/collin-saleshustle/Text Salescast 424-401-9300 Podcast CreditsBe sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster!

Roy Assad has a great outlook on life, having come from a country where many of the basics we take for granted, were not readily available to him as a youth. He emigrated to the US as a teenager and within two days had his first job, although he didn't speak the language or know the alphabet since Arabic is considerably different that the English. Even though he may have envisioned streets of gold in America, the real gold was in the opportunities in this country. Roy has been working and providing since those early days without interruption. He was taught that selling was solving a need and providing a solution. Listening was a key trait in sales and helping clients understand that you understand them, is a huge benefit in the selling and coaching businesses.Over the years Roy has been involved with about a dozen entrepreneurial ventures. He is still partnering or starting businesses today and stays quite busy at the age many are thinking of retiring. He is a managing partner for The Human Capital Group in West Palm Beach Florida. Roy works with executives who may feel nothing is wrong but something is missing. One of his favorite business books is none other than the Bible. He is a Giver and can be found on Linkedin here:https://www.linkedin.com/in/royassad/

Valerie Wiest shares her experience of going through a marital breakup. One may not think immediately of leadership  before they hear her story but leadership is what Valerie is all about. She is raising her children, helping women with strength training and is on a mission to start a business. What is amazing to us is Valerie does not throw her Ex under the bus. She looks inwardly and admits that she wasn't her true self during the years leading up to the affair and eventual divorce. Her attitude allows her to accept some of the responsibility and she does not want to be viewed as a victim. Pretty amazing perspective if you ask us.Have you ever hearsd the line, everything happens for a reason? This too is discussed. Some things in life can't be explained. What would be the reason for pedophilia? There is none. A better expression is :there can be meaning found in every situation. Other gems in the conversation include: Comparison is the thief of joy.Don't let perfect be the enemy of good.Don't let hidden fears prevent you from achieving your goal.Trials in our lives can prepare us for future challenges.Valerie can be found on Linkedin here  https://www.linkedin.com/in/valeriewiest/ Her book on Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/Surviving-Affair-honest-journal-entries-ebook/dp/B08VFHQPK4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2SDKQSD16UYY2&dchild=1&keywords=surviving+an+affair+valerie&qid=1615857204&sprefix=surviving+an+affair+%2Caps%2C165&sr=8-1 Be sure to connect with us in our Lead Sell Grow – The Human Experience Tribe Facebook group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadsellgrowDownload the FREE ebook that will help you connect with, and understand your buyers faster! Learn more about our services: www.TheGoalGuide.comImprove your sales and stay connected – Free Gifts Here https://shor.by/TheGoalGuide

Conversation with Fred Diamond. Former marketing executive for Compaq computer and Apple that is now the President and Founder for the Institute for Excellence in Sales.Fred gives all kinds of advice for people who need to sell to earn a living. For him, it was podcasting and doing webinars that continues to help build the funnel and providing real value for his clients.Do you ask yourself, how do I bring value to people?
