You deserve to hold your head high when you walk into any room. You deserve the energy and weight loss of a healthy diet without the headache of decoding complicated food labels. You deserve a toned body without spending hours every week bored to tears on the treadmill. Most of all, you deserve to feel good about yourself NOW, not “someday” when you get in shape. There’s a brand new “you” that can’t wait to burst out of its cocoon and be free. That beautiful new “you” embraces her past, because she knows that even the tough parts were just steps along the path to health and happiness. She feels like the most confident woman in the world every time she gets out of bed. This is YOU. This is what it truly means to go “beyond the scale.” Beyond the Scale is Fit Body Boot Camp’s fitness podcast, hosted by Coach Brittany. She interviews Fit Body clients, personal trainers, and celebrities about their inspirational journeys to reclaim their health. Her mission is to teach you how your own stories are the keys to weight loss and self confidence.
