A podcast about being a vegan yogi in a non-vegan world, the fun (and not so fun) parts of becoming a yoga teacher, and ways we can incorporate yoga into our lives both on and off the mat. Jess is a 200 hour trained Vinyasa Flow teacher, and has completed over 230 hours of trauma-informed yoga training. Jess believes yoga is so much more than what we practice on the mat, and that by taking the time to connect to ourselves and our breath, means we can have a better-improved connection with our bodies.
