RORE is back with another episode! Michael Curtis of Movement Bank is in the virtual house to talk about not one, not two, but many more mortgage loan programs that you can learn more about and which one could fit your situation the best. Here in NC, home inventory is low and the demand is high, which can be challenging for buyers competing with offers. That's why it is important if you are financing your home purchase, and to know which mortgage program successfully helps you.I would encourage you to take notes on this one. Not only is Michael discussing professional mortgage loans, but also, different private mortgage lending options, which could be a new trend.Thank you to all our listeners in our RORE community. We greatly appreciate all your support.___________________________________________________________________Michael Curtis is a senior mortgage loan officer with Movement Bank for North and South Carolina. Welcome to RORE's unconventional and unique podcast! We return late in the year with a new guest, John Stoeber of Kronos Investment Partners, a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm. John brings his new but very knowledable experience to our podcast.  His firm, Kronos, acquires, raises money for, and manages multifamily and commercial properties that are either in distress or have value-add components, and then either flips the properties or holds them for long term cash flow. Days before graduating from the University of Maryland with majors in Finance & Accounting John realized he wasn't cut out for the corporate world needed to achieve financial independence. That led him down to Real Estate investing where he currently uses his strengths of numbers and financial models to underwrite properties and manage his assets. He is also the host of his own podcast called the Millennials in Multifamily Podcast and has a free book called, How to Analyze Big Apartments Building and Make them Feel Small . Welcome to our lock-down social distancing podcast on RORE. This is a zanny podcast with audio clips from the one and only - the original - "scratch glass," "turn blue," "stay stick," and "climb walls," The Ghoul himself! Greg goes down memory lane well over 40 years ago about a zanny show on local Detroit TV. The Ghoul aired around 1971 originally out of Cleveland, OH, and made its way into Detroit with a weekend night show of downright terrible B rated horror movies, with cut-ins and crazy soundbites. The Ghoul had his own segments of goofy nonsense and parodies, along with his wild sidekick rubber frog, Froggy, "Hiya gang, hiya hiya hiya!""Shooting from no-budget studio sets, the Ghoul inserted his own dialogue and sound effects over insufferably bad B movies, blew up food, model cars and figurines with firecrackers, and produced strangely compelling, culturally relevant skits and parodies. The show was destructive and childish enough for little kids, subversive and timely enough for young adults." (Wikipedia) Unfortunately, Ron Sweed (The Ghoul) passed away in April of 2019 at the age of 70. But his crazy antics and memorabilia live on at http://www.theghoul.com/This short but fun podcast will hopefully make you laugh and smile if nothing else.Until then: stay safe, stay healthy, and stay sane!  "Overdey!"  (Permission was granted to use The Ghoul's recorded material on this podcast.)

Shocking News!! This was the podcast that was not supposed to air, yet somehow it has!  In a thorough investigation, Raised on Real Estate determined that the person identified was in fact the guest on the show, Isaac! Apparently, in his very young age of 4, he was able to get into the computer where the podcast file was stored and put it on the airwaves! That's incredible! Given his technical savviness, RORE has decided to forgive Isaac and let the podcast air!We hope you enjoy this very short episode with Isaac as the "young podcaster."  Isaac Angello is the son of Greg Angello.
