Whether you are new to THE HAGUE or have been here for years, DutchbuzZ is here to help you feel like this is your city. In our weekly radio broadcast, we tell you, in English, what is happening around you, and how you can make the most of your time here. Every individual, group or community needs a VOICE that reflects who you are, your goals and expectations, your interests and concerns or merely your rants and raves. DutchbuzZ aims to be that listening ear, sounding board and reflective voice for the whole international community in The Hague. Our programme is packed full of news, views and interviews about the buzzing city we call home. We kick off with the talking point of the week, and how it may affect YOU. This could be changes in the coronavirus measures, the local impact of Brexit rulings, the municipality's controversial building plans, developments at the popular beaches, or an interview with one of the city's many prominent visitors. Broadcasting from the city of international peace and justice, we cover news from the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice and the Tribunals. DutchbuzZ is passionate about protecting human rights and the environment and we follow initiatives that make our city greener and more inclusive. We also bring you news about sporting, social and cultural events in the weeks ahead and our art and theatre critics share their reviews of current exhibitions and performances around the city. The DutchbuzZ TEAM is made up of presenters, producers, journalists, writers, critics and sound engineers from at least 4 continents, who have a shared passion for The Hague and for radio.
