The Bible is clear that each one of us is a sinner. The Bible says that we are all sinners and the penalty of sin is death. God does not want that to be the case for you. Jesus—fully God and fully man came to this earth to die for you and me.

Betrayal is painful. Forgiveness is about you. Forgiveness is a free gift to us and comes directly from God through the person of Jesus Christ. The source of that forgiveness is true love from God. He will forgive us our sins. Drop the sin and turn to him.

PURE IN HEART: POSITION AND PRACTICE My Position in Christ deals with the penalty of sin. My Practice in Christ deals with my propensity to sin. My Position in Christ is settled for eternity. My Practice in Christ is moment by moment. My Position is a one-time-for-all-time cleansing. My Practice is a continual acknowledgement of my spiritual condition. My Position in Christ declares the war has been won. My Practice in Christ is engaged in the daily battle. Jesus calls you to be pure in heart in position and practice so you can look like the person he made you to be. You are significant, secure, accepted, forgiven and empowered in him.

JESUS, THE CHILD BORN TO A VIRGIN, IS THE SAVIOR Jesus is called from Egypt to the land of Israel where he will perform the ministry of the Lord. JESUS WOULD BE CALLED UP FROM EGYPT Jesus settles is his hometown of Nazareth. THE SAVIOR WOULD COME FROM NAZARETH The start of Jesus’ ministry.
