Hi, I'm Mark Mohammadpour! In 2007 I weighed 350 pounds, was seriously overweight and afraid for my life. Through small changes, I've lost and kept off 100 pounds. As a PR professional, I know what it's like to endure long days in the office or on the road with little chance for consistent diet and exercise. That said, I've learned a lot along the way that I want to share! I recently became a certified personal trainer and health coach, and this podcast is designed to help others live a lifestyle that will benefit themselves and those around them.
