Alex looks how as life is finite for everyone finding a way to do the things that really matter and experience them completely is the way to achieve what really counts and brings you joy With the average life being made up of around four thousand weeks managing your time in the best way should be what’s really important but often we become overwhelmed and make choices that are about being busy instead of meaningful. Alex has great advice listen in and hear more   KEY TAKEAWAYS The average life is around four thousand weeks To remove existential overwhelm make a list of  your twenty-five life goals in priority order and then focus only on the top five Concentrate completely on the first five goals on your list You need to create vacancies on the closed list before you move anything from the open list Adopt  strategic underachievement and concentrate on doing a few things really well Focus on doing well the things that are meaningful When you slow down and eliminate being busy all the time everything becomes more meaningful Everything becomes more meaningful when you experience it as if you are doing it for the last time Get lost in the time and feeling of the experience and it becomes more meaningful   BEST MOMENTS ‘You can get caught in the efficiency trap. Alex explains why people procrastinate and how it can potentially mean you end up with lots of unfinished projects He also provides great content on how to stop procrastinating and develop a finishing mindset so that you can be someone who not only finishes but also learns from every project you begin   KEY TAKEAWAYS In week 1 of a project, you are full of enthusiasm and inspiration  but by week 3 you lose interest and abandon the project You can end up with multiple projects that you never finish You need the four follow through muscles of focus, resisting distraction, persistence and taking action when looking at a project In week 1 your follow-through muscles are at their optimum Psychological roadblocks are the expectations you create around perfectionism It’s insecurity in disguise it gives you what you perceive as valid excuses to not to take action You need to adopt a finishing mindset In the process of getting to the end, you will be learning Finishing always equals learning and keeps the psychological roadblock of perfection at bay Have a finishing manifesto – a set of rules that means you always finish ‘I want’ is what you want to achieve, ‘I will’ is the actions you will complete, ‘I won’t’ is removing the distractions so you can achieve   BEST MOMENTS ‘It doesn’t have to be perfect because when you finish you have always learnt something’ ‘It’s a mindset that will help you to keep learning’ ‘Have an implementation intention and you will be more likely to take action’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series    Finish What You Start by Peter Hollins   ABOUT THE HOST Alex is a prize-winning chartered accountant with experience in financial markets from trading finance, capital hedging, structural foreign exchange and interest rates to operational risk from the world’s top financial and advisory institutions including Deloitte, RBS and JPMorgan Chase Alex has been involved in property development programmes across different types since 2008, building and managing a portfolio that includes standard buy-to-lets, student accommodation and other houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). Wylie McGraw is a former star athlete, competitive bull rider, 3-tour combat veteran and Founder of Radical Performance Acceleration specializing in accelerating performance for those in leadership. He talks with Alex about his experiences and how they helped him to understand his superpower – being able to eradicate the stress of others, get them to reach their potential, and optimize in all areas of life. When you understand the stresses in your life and face them head-on, there can be a resolution which translates to living in an optimal state that produces results beyond expectation. KEY TAKEAWAYS  External pressures impact us more than we like to admit. We are unfortunately afraid of the stresses and chaos of life; we spend our time suppressing things rather than resolving them. Resolution is the only way to achieve optimization. Your performance in life should be about advancing who you are and optimizing yourself. We have become lost in overthinking and disconnected from other valuable aspects of ourselves when it comes to achieving and reaching our peak success. Your intuitive mind is a precious gift that will make the difference on your way towards bigger successes. You must evolve your understanding of stress and recognize the limits it has on you. Acute stresses are the recurring life experiences that keep happening to us and they are tied to your unresolved chronic stresses. The only way to resolve chronic stresses is to face them head-on. BEST MOMENTS ‘Who you are, impacts your ability to operate’ ‘The only way you are ever going to have what you say you want is when you can eradicate the chronic stress in your life’ ‘Peak performance starts with your ability to surrender and optimise your life’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series    https://www.timetoerupt.com https://www.wyliemcgraw.com/about/   ABOUT THE GUEST Wylie McGraw is a former star athlete, competitive bull rider, and 3-tour combat veteran. Wylie’s formal title is Performance Accelerator. He has been named a “secret weapon” by some of the most influential leaders across industries from Wall St., Hollywood, Professional Sports, Fortune 500 companies, Personal Development, and everything in between. A short but very insightful episode where Alex explores the concepts and illusions around time. He focuses on the importance of using your time wisely and reminding yourself what a precious resource it is to us all. KEY TAKEAWAYS Depending on the context, time can feel like it is flying by or like it is 'dragging'. For example, if you are waiting in an airport 10 minutes can easily feel like an hour but in contrast, your wedding day whizzes past. Time is the finite of resources that we have. We are all given 24 hours in the day but we all use it differently. It's so important that we use it wisely and treat it like the precious resource it is. Alex is talking with Paul Lowe who shares his amazing story of how he moved from a life of pain through to a life with love, learning and legacy. He explains the adversity in his early life and the repeating behaviours that held him back along with how he built his values of life, learning, loving, loyalty and legacy creating a life that brings awareness and action together to make changes that matter. Everyone has a life story but as Paul explains it’s a story you can change if you want to, you just need to ask yourself ‘who do I choose to be?’   KEY TAKEAWAYS Whatever story we create in our lives it’s just a story so you can change it if you want I’d gone from being a creative person to being a destroyer Whatever happens in my life I always stand and fight I built things up so that I could pull them down and was in a repeating cycle for this behaviour It’s the higher self within you that is saying don’t give in you can get through this The stuff we keep hold of from the past doesn’t help us we need to learn from it and move on My own story defies logic but ultimately I’m so grateful for everything that has happened in my life It can be the question of “who do I choose to be?” Your path leads you to the place you are meant to be Every relationship consolidated  and built on my understanding of love and helped me to know that my purpose was to teach My values in life – without life there is nothing, it’s sacred, Learning – be prepared to always learn and change your story, Loving – comes in many different ways, Legacy – a journey of self-discovery is about being able to share it, Loyalty – be loyal to yourself and learn to speak your own truth Part of the journey is finding out what your higher source so that you can serve it fully You need to bring together awareness and action to make changes Everyone is a world game-changer whether they realise it or not World game changers are global and its tribe is growing weekly   BEST MOMENTS ‘Leave the world a better place’ ‘How can you reach out to others who are suffering from adversity if you haven’t been there yourself?’ ‘The world is big enough for difference and diversity’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series    http://www.paul-lowe.com http://www.worldgamechangers.org   ABOUT THE GUEST The Early Years The early, foundation years of Paul’s life, were forged from a dark, desperate baptism of fire, that included from abuse, cruelty, neglect, alcoholism and attempted suicide; eventually emerging to become a successful, positive and inspirational man with a powerful message to share… this is at the heart of his coaching methods. He knows that others can achieve their true, full potential – despite their circumstances – because he’s done it himself! His honest, real and grounded approach focused on achieving clarity around YOUR awareness, YOUR identity, and YOUR purpose is what helps Paul engage with any audience and change lives for the better…   Paul Today The Paul of today is a completely different proposition from the awareness, identity and purpose, he reflected for many dark decades. He spends most of his time in his beloved Spain, whilst occasionally returning to his native UK. His contributions to making a difference in people’s lives, globally – is fuelled by his own commitment to be the very best he can be. His many books are also based on inspiring people to lead purposeful, prosperous lives; as is his ‘World Game-Changers’ podcast. Alex has been chatting with a military friend and this episode reflects on the difference in failure mindset between the corporate and military worlds Those people who learn best from their mistakes are those who become the best leaders and it’s the understanding and mindset of knowing that mistakes are a learning opportunity that removes the fear of failure and motivates our creative genius   KEY TAKEAWAYS The standard corporate structure is designed for minimum failure Those in the corporate world with few failures are seen as more successful In the military there is a culture and understanding that things will happen, the key is in how people respond In the military, it’s acknowledged that things will happen and mistakes are embraced When you come from a mindset and understanding that mistakes will happen you approach any situation without the fear of failure It’s a question of ‘what can I learn from this?’ When you are fearful of making a mistake you are not in a position to find a solution Understanding how you can learn from a mistake is the key to being solution-focused Life happens and mistakes are a part of it and if you embrace the right mindset you will rise up to meet the challenge and solve it    BEST MOMENTS ‘The fewer mistakes you make in the corporate world the faster you rise through the ranks’ ‘You are in a zone where you know for sure things will go wrong at some point but there isn’t the fear’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series      ABOUT THE HOST Alex is a prize-winning chartered accountant with experience in financial markets from trading finance, capital hedging, structural foreign exchange and interest rates to operational risk from the world’s top financial and advisory institutions including Deloitte, RBS and JPMorgan Chase Alex has been involved in property development programmes across different types since 2008, building and managing a portfolio that includes standard buy-to-lets, student accommodation and other houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). Alex shares great content about how to bring about change in others and why gain based strategies mean people take action to bring about change. Most of the time everyone is looking to change in some way so affecting change in others is all about using a strategy that results in action and gain-based change strategies are the most successful. Listen in and hear all about the change strategies that motivate us to take action with Alex sharing great examples of how change works to bring action in people   KEY TAKEAWAYS Usually, strategies for change are fear-based but there is little evidence that fear-based strategies work With fear people’s response is to either freeze or take flight People listen and gravitate to positive news and positive strategies motivate people The social incentive is a strategy that works as people like to be part of a group People want to see progress immediately so highlighting progress is a motivator for change Everyone wants to know the processes they need to get to and to be in control Change is something within your control Affecting change in people with fear-based strategies is less successful Motivate change through gain based strategies and people will take action With gain based strategies it’s the thrill of gain and the potential rewards that motivate people The thrill of the gain brings action and small gains over time become a habit that brings results   BEST MOMENTS ‘The potential and thrill of the gain and the sense of reward is a successful approach to bringing change’ ‘Gain based strategies affect change because people take action’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series     Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm ABOUT THE HOST Alex is a prize-winning chartered accountant with experience in financial markets from trading finance, capital hedging, structural foreign exchange and interest rates to operational risk from the world’s top financial and advisory institutions including Deloitte, RBS and JPMorgan Chase Alex has been involved in property development programmes across different types since 2008, building and managing a portfolio that includes standard buy-to-lets, student accommodation and other houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). Alex reflects on the lessons that can be learnt from a children’s football match where a situation between players resulted in heightened emotional outbursts from the parents. It can be very easy be in a situation and respond reactively with heightened emotions but Alex asks how can you respond differently and be just as impactful but set a more positive example. Listen in and hear about the importance of a self-aware calm and measured emotional response. Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm KEY TAKEAWAYS How can you handle a high emotion situation in a better way? In the moment things happen as a result of heightened emotions and your reaction to a situation can make it worse Is there a better way to deal with the situation without making it worse. Can the situation be calmed down? As humans we have to experience all emotions and you need to learn to let your emotions come through you but not control you Ultimately we are all responsible for the things that happen but when everyone is angry you don’t usually get a useful outcome When you have self-awareness you recognise the emotions and can pause and reflect on how those emotions will impact on the situation. Alex looks at how and when your sub-conscious forms and how your paradigm and beliefs determine your results If you aren’t getting the results you want you can change your paradigm and Alex shares advice on how you can do this, effectively reprogramming your to achieve the results you want. Any change is dependent on action so listening to this episode and implementing Alex’s advice is a great way to start. Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm   KEY TAKEAWAYS When you are young you don’t have any subconscious but as you grow everything around you is absorbed and becomes part of your paradigm Your operating system is set by your environment At 6-7 years you begin to develop your conscious mind As you learn to think and choose you learn what you will accept The subconscious mind doesn’t separate the real and unreal Your body is vibration and your vibration is what determines your results through action Your paradigm controls your perception of situations and how successful you are. Your paradigm and beliefs will determine your results If your operating system has limits you won’t take the actions to earn substantial money When there is a conflict between your conscious and subconscious mind your subconscious mind will always win. Changing your paradigm is what changes your results and this is achieved through repetition. It’s about working smart and using specific knowledge. Once you have an awareness of your paradigm you can change it through the right actions Affirmations are a powerful way to change your beliefs. Elliot Kay works with Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, MD’s & Investors to help them stand out when they are public speaking, pitching or looking to win business through public speaking.  In this episode, he talks about ‘being more giraffe’ and rising above the crowd for the right reasons and why owning your purpose is key in moving forward. It can be easier to settle and not take action but making a determined decision about what matters to you will mean you can move towards the results you want and understand that any pain on the journey is hugely outweighed by the rewards you will achieve Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm   KEY TAKEAWAYS Anyone can choose to stand out, anyone can choose to make a dent and everyone can disrupt an industry. Not everyone is willing to take the hits and do what they need to do to get to where they want to be because it’s a path full of rejection and negativity Being someone who chooses to stand out is about managing the anxiety every day. You are always on the edge and not everyone can deal with that Anybody can stand out and make a difference, it’s the choice and bravery and the willingness to take what comes with it A lot of people  settle instead of taking action to achieve what they want If you make a determined decision the results and rewards outweigh the pain to get there If you are always stuck on the ‘how’ you won’t ever move. When things matter you find the time, space and energy and make them happen If it matters to you, you find a way With mindset, you have to find what works for you Mindset is an evolution it’s a process that’s never-ending It’s better to start and learn as you go along because the results will outweigh doing nothing Fail forward, if you are going to fail do it moving forward and learn. I was born in Malawi and have lived in the UK for over 20 years having trained as a registered nurse working in London. Here I share my experience of being diagnosed and living with secondary breast cancer.   I was 44 when I first faced breast cancer. I found a lump, went to my GP and was referred to the breast cancer clinic. Unfortunately, after all the tests I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I had surgery and radiotherapy then went back to work a few months later. Sadly, 18 months later I started to experience pain in my hip and after a bone scan, I was told that the cancer had spread to my pelvis. I was treated with radiotherapy and monthly injections. But, in June 2020,  I received my third cancer diagnosis after a regular scan,  this time in the liver. I had surgery to remove the affected part of the liver and six cycles of chemotherapy.   I am so grateful to God and for all the support from friends and family. In this episode, she talks about her journey and the critical importance of mindset and a powerful reason ‘why’ if you want to move forward successfully. Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm   KEY TAKEAWAYS There are more opportunities than ever before for entrepreneurs to start and grow a business If you have a mindset around an understanding that there is no one to do it for you then you are more likely to be a high achiever Drive has to come from within and is linked to experiencing some sort of pain Mindset is critical you have to have a powerful reason ‘why’ You have to understand that resilience is key and that people will disappoint you but you need to keep moving forward In business, there will always be people looking for an advantage because it makes things easier for them. Opportunities come through people so you have to build partnerships and engage with others You need to have people around you to lift you higher and get you to the place you need to be Always be clear about your purpose because if you don’t others will use you for theirs Those who are very successful have a way of talking to themselves that then comes through as self-empowering language If you have had others dis-empower you, using positive self-affirmations can counteract the negatives Everyone needs to understand the power of brand, marketing, language and messaging moving you closer to buying Smart Connection exists on three distinct levels and is about signing up your ideal clients   BEST MOMENTS ‘I think it’s important to encourage and inspire others on the journey’ ‘I was driven to success by the prize of being able to spend more time with my children’ ‘One of the things that slows entrepreneurs down is trying to do everything themselves’   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series    Jane Bayler The Smart Connector - Jane Bayler     ABOUT THE GUEST Jane Bayler I’m The Smart Connector – I build life-changing business relationships and outcomes, and help my clients do the same. I work with start-ups, early-stage entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and those in corporate roles, who are looking to transition into profitable, full-time entrepreneurship. My courses and mentorship programmes helps entrepreneurs build their authentic vision and message, and create high impact brands, that resonate with the deepest needs and desires of their ideal people. My system for achieving this is the Triple C Method (Connect, Create, Convert) Previous to this: I grew a corporate identity company from £1m to £6m within a year, quadrupled profits and sold to US communications group Interpublic. For 15 years beforehand, I managed multi-million-pound marketing and advertising accounts for global media companies. So I really understand what it takes to build and monetize a profitable business and brand. You Need  And Deserve More  The unpopular truth is, without your ideal clients, investors or partners, you’ll stay stuck inside your business, feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Your ability to grow, scale, hire a team, and get the best from your life, will be limited. Lack of resource slows progress and limits growth. You need the relationships that will help you shine at what you do best – so you can rapidly scale your business and fall back in love with your life. That’s why, with decades of growing, developing and selling multiple high-value companies, I help entrepreneurs like you develop the skills, and implement the strategies, to acquire your ideal clients, investors or business partners, fast, so you can scale up your business and live a limitless life.   I’ve had a rollercoaster of triumphs and challenges in my life. From a troubled childhood ‘on the streets’ to single parenthood, cancer and a high-level global career as an entrepreneur in media and entertainment, I’ve learned so many valuable, painful lessons – which I’m going to share with you, so you don’t have to learn the hard way like me.   ABOUT THE HOST Alex is a prize-winning chartered accountant with experience in financial markets from trading finance, capital hedging, structural foreign exchange and interest rates to operational risk from the world’s top financial and advisory institutions including Deloitte, RBS and JPMorgan Chase Alex has been involved in property development programmes across different types since 2008, building and managing a portfolio that includes standard buy-to-lets, student accommodation and other houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). In this motivating and inspiring episode, Alex speaks with businessman, author and speaker Gerald Ratner. They talk about his famous speech in the Albert Hall, mindset and reinventing yourself. Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm   KEY TAKEAWAYS   Gerald was born in Richmond, London. His parents ran their first shop here, his Dad expanded to run six shops and they then moved to North West London and this is where Gerald went to school, he passed his 11+ successfully but he then struggled with the transition in secondary school.  All Gerald knew as a teenager is that he wanted to work in his Dad’s shops. He ended up doing so when he was expelled from his grammar school for not achieving. It took 20 years for Gerald to then take over the family business, this was when his Dad sadly developed a brain tumour. Gerald convinced his father and other directors that he should take over as managing director, at this point the shops were losing money so Gerald completely revamped the jewellers and changed them to appeal to a different demographic. It had a phenomenal effect and several years later the company was turning over 200 million. People who give you advice, often don't give it to you based on helping you but what will actually help them. You have to be wary of advice given to you in business. Gerald was invited to speak at the Royal Albert Hall, he was very excited and on advice of a colleague added in some jokes. However, one of the jokes was taken badly and the journalists ran with it framing Gerald as making fun of those who were struggling financially. Gerald knew this was bad press but he expected it to die down and go away, but this was not the case. Gerald ended up hiring a chairman for the business but this resulted in Gerald being fired by the person he hired! He not only lost his job but also a lot of money, his life completely changed in a very short amount of time.  Gerald recognises that the speech and the negative consequences because of it actually benefitted him in the long run. He wouldn't have achieved the things he did afterwards, he wouldn't be here doing this podcast! It was incredibly difficult at the time but he knows this is the way life goes sometimes, there's always a positive somewhere. If you understand that life is full of set backs, your life then becomes easier. You will not sail through life unaffected, once you accept there will be things you can't control and things that will be negative you can then focus on what you can control and move on. If you want to understand what a person thinks about themselves then listen to what they say about other people. If they are unpleasant about others then you know what their true feelings are about themselves. If all someone does is criticise others then they are clearly a very miserable person. There are so many people at the moment who need to reinvent themselves. Gerald is an expert in this, he had to completely start from scratch and he has now released a book on exactly that: Reinvent Yourself   BEST MOMENTS "You could say it was in my blood and I was born into it" "We went back to who we were, offering people value for money" "The advice I was given was to benefit them not to benefit me" "However terrible something is there is always a silver lining" "You cannot live with being unpopular with your bank" “I made a mistake, we all make mistakes, it doesn't mean you should be criticised for the rest of your life because you had a moment of bad judgement" "Business is about detail, you're not going to be a success overnight"   VALUABLE RESOURCES Business, Wealth and Mindset podcast series        ABOUT THE GUEST Gerald Ratner  is a British businessman and motivational speaker. He was formerly chief executive officer of the major British jewellery company Ratners Group (now the Signet Group). He achieved notoriety after making a speech in which he jokingly denigrated two of the company's products. He currently speaks around the world at corporate and promotional events.   Ratner joined the family business in 1966 and built up an extremely successful chain of jewellers during the 1980s, of which he was CEO. The shops shocked the formerly staid jewellery industry by displaying fluorescent orange posters advertising cut-price bargains and by offering low price ranges. The Ratners Group consisted of Ratners, H. Samuel, Ernest Jones, Leslie Davis, Watches of Switzerland and over 1000 shops in the US including Kays.   The speech The shops and their wares were extremely popular with the public, until Ratner made a speech addressing a conference of the Institute of Directors at the Royal Albert Hall on 23 April 1991. During the speech, he commented: We also do cut-glass sherry decanters complete with six glasses on a silver-plated tray that your butler can serve you drinks on, all for £4.95. People say, "How can you sell this for such a low price?", I say, "because it's total crap." He compounded this by going on to remark that one of the sets of earrings was "cheaper than an M&S prawn sandwich but probably wouldn't last as long." Ratner's comments have become textbook examples of why CEOs should choose their words carefully.  In the furore that ensued, customers stayed away from Ratner shops. After the speech, the value of the Ratner group plummeted by around £500 million, which very nearly resulted in the firm's collapse. Ratner hired a chairman in an attempt to stabilise the situation, but was subsequently fired by the new company leader in November 1992. The group then changed its name to Signet Group in September 1993. Today, Ratner's speech is still famous in the corporate world as an example of the value of branding and image over quality. Such gaffes are now sometimes called "doing a Ratner", and Ratner himself has acquired the sobriquet "The Sultan of Bling". Ratner has said in his defence that his remarks were not meant to be taken seriously. He also largely blamed the aggressiveness and deliberately wrongful interpretation of several media outlets for the severe consumer reaction. He set up a health club in Henley-on-Thames in 1996, which was sold for £3.9m in 2001. Ratner now runs, in collaboration with SB&T International Ltd, an export manufacturing company based in India and the online jewellery business Gerald Online.   In 2013, during a visit to India for the inaugural eTailing India Expo, Ratner announced that he would be entering the Indian market.    ABOUT THEHOST Alex is a prize-winning chartered accountant with experience in financial markets from trading finance, capital hedging, structural foreign exchange and interest rates to operational risk from the world’s top financial and advisory institutions including Deloitte, RBS and JPMorgan Chase Alex has been involved in property development programmes across different types since 2008, building and managing a portfolio that includes standard buy-to-lets, student accommodation and other houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). Anything that maximises human potential, evolving consciousness and helps people to do amazing things and lead inspiring lives is what interests Dr John Martini, world-renowned specialist in human behaviour, researcher, author and global educator. In this fascinating episode, he talks with Alex about how we are all needed in society and why the world needs everyone to make it work along with the unique heuristic values each individual lives by and how being honourable enough to have the courage to be yourself according to your highest value is what makes the difference. When you understand that setbacks are the seeds for comeback and that whatever we know there is an unknown beyond it you are truly on the journey to being where you want to be. Sign up to Jessen's webinar here: https://bit.ly/bizwm   KEY TAKEAWAYS Every human being lives by a set of priorities and values. Whatever is highest in an individual’s set of values they are spontaneously inspired to fulfil Our purpose at any moment is an expression of our highest priority value There is no right or wrong value system everyone has a unique set of values Everybody is needed in society; the world needs everyone to make it work. Being honourable enough to have the courage to be yourself according to your highest value is very profound. If you change your perceptions you change your neurochemistry You can change the ratios of all of the neurotransmitters firing by asking questions to alter what you are thinking Motivation is a symptom not a solution for humanity You have to find out what is intrinsically valuable to the individual and give them feedback to structure their lives with high-value activities Every event can be viewed as an opportunity if you ask how is this helping me? Successful people see feedback as comeback and a way of moving forward It’s about how committed you are in the long term not short term gratification Values and morality are always set by those with the most power. Your heuristic values determine how you spend your money and your financial destiny You need to structure your finances and then they will compound over time When you are pursuing what’s important to you, it doesn’t have to be at the exclusion of everything else.
