Darius, Chase, Josh
Follow along on this comedy and diet podcast as three friends from Los Angeles in the media business work on their quarantine heath and fitness (with varying results), try to lose fat, and try the newest diet crazes and equipment so that you don't have to all while being lovingly yet brutally honest.
Chase and Josh handle hosting duties with Darius out for the week. One might say they gave a Scottie Pippen-esk type of performance (maybe just Scottie would say that). Josh blows out his back, we save some money with this weeks cheat meal of the week and there were some pretty impressive gains that happened during Chase’s 40th birthday bash! Best Episode Ever!

Who knew the guys would pull a Mexican Goodbye and go on hiatus?? Well the guys are getting back into it and boy, 2 of the 3 Fat Losers REALLY fell off. Darius is dubbed the Brown Mound of Rebound, Josh talks about his mid-summer bulk season strategy, and Chase takes a victory lap on sticking to it but unfortunately wasn't the bell of the recent ball. Chase says his prayers for Darius and Josh.

Josh wakes up from his nap, but was it on time to get his goals done? Chase almost gets lawyered out of a point. Darius' hill sprint routine proves to be difficult. A Summer celebration gets planned. The peoples champ tries to run back a previous fan favorite goal and Darius determines that the best way to get a goal done is to set a harder one.
