Jeremy Vest is the Chief Marketing Officer at Braille Skateboarding. He started skateboarding back in 1986. Careers got in the way of skating and he entered the world of digital marketing rising to the top of video marketing specifically on YouTube helping his clients reach over 12 billion organic views. Gary Fisher is the inventor of the modern mountain bike and Founder of Fisher Bicycle. Gary grew up in San Francisco, California riding road bikes as a kid and persuaded the Belmont Bike Club to let him join them. This opened up his world to racing bikes taking wins in the TransAlp and Masters XC national title. He set the record for the Repack downhill race on a modified Klunker bike which lead to him coming up with the term 'mountain bike' in 1979. That year Gary and Charlie Kelly founded MountainBikes specialising in bikes that could be used in off road terrain. Nate Menninger is an adventurer, film producer and the first foreign porter at Everest. Growing up in Boston, Menninger was lucky enough to travel from a young age. At 20 years old as a sophomore in college he made his way to Spain for the Running of the Bulls. He fell in love with not only doing something extreme but doing it in the most extreme and local way possible. After graduating he booked a ticket to Argentina and lived over there for 6 months. He went backcountry skiing in Chile and even lived in a favela in Brazil. Menninger devoted himself to the notion of extreme adventuring. He taught himself Nepalese. He had no money but wanted to go to Nepal with the idea of filming a documentary on becoming a Himalaya Porter to aid a mount Everest expedition. Josh Stinton is a Charity Adventurer on a mission to take on some of the world's hardest adventure challenges to raise awareness and money for small charities. 5 years ago Josh set out on a 90km cross country skiing adventure in Vasaloppet, Sweden despite never having skied before. This was the first charity challenge that would change the course of his life forever. He has represented Australia in the downhill unicycle world championships in Spain,  hand-cycled across the  length of Japan, bicycled across the Atlantic Ocean (6,434 kilometres) 14 days straight and taken part in a 700km mountain bike race through the Arctic. Ian Taylor is an adventurer, Everest summiteer, expedition leader, entrepreneur and founder of Ian Taylor Trekking.  In 2008 Ian Taylor became the youngest Irishman to climb to the top of the world and upon doing so raised €100,000 to build the Mt. Friends Bob Carlson and Chris Jensen launched Arbor Snowboards in 1995 with the focus on sustainability. They were the first snowboard company to replace the plastic top snowboards with responsibly sourced Koa wood, sustainably harvested from Hawaii veneer and pioneered the use of renewable alternatives changing the industry forever. Then came along Arbor Skateboards initially built from old snowboards to bomb hills in the dry season. Bob was set on a mission to give back to conserving the environment and since it's initial launch Arbor donates to protection groups.  This year marks Arbor's 25th Anniversary and they are releasing a documentary film, “Crossing the Grain" that tell's Bob and Chris's story of starting the company and their journey along the way.  Tune in to find out from Bob about those early days starting a sustainable company in the 90's. Gordon McArthur is a professional Canadian ice climber . Ever since being introduced to climbing 24 years ago it has been his passion and obsession to climb whether it’s sport, mixed or ice climbing. He’s won the North American Ice Climbing Championships two years in a row in 2014 and 2015, went to the Olympics as a demonstration sport for ice climbing in Sochi and came 4th in the World Cup on one of the hardest dry-tooling routes in the world.Gordon made his dream a reality and built his own climbing facility in his backyard in Cranbrook, British Colombia called ‘The Machine’.
