Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hello and welcome to Episode 119 of the Positioning to Profit podcast. Today's solo show. I'm going to be sharing my take on how to leverage your time more, how to monetize more, and how to really expand your thinking around what's possible, so that you're working less and making more. So this is something where I have through trial and error, been in a situation where I've created great content, or so I think is, or I believe it's great content, I should say, and then it doesn't go anywhere, it falls on deaf ears, or people just don't pay attention, or they haven't even opened the email, or they didn't look at the thing that you had, and you really put a lot of time and energy around it. So what happens? We get frustrated. We think, okay, this doesn't work, so let me try something. No, let me try this thing, or let me do that thing, or let me go here go there. We look externally to find the answers. And while it is important to look for answers, it is also really important to reflect on what you've created, and see if there's more that you can do with what you've created, so that's really the impetus for creating this episode.I'm sharing with you because I see this as a chronic issue where we are on the content hamster wheel, so and as part of that, I put together a course if you go to repurposecourse.com, it's just a little mini course chock full of lots of value though. Repurposecourse.com, where I talk about how to repurpose your content. Okay, so what else do we have? Prolific Women Entrepreneurs Facebook group, if you haven't already joined, I invite you to go to prolificwe.com, to join the group over there. So it's for women only. So sorry, guys, you can't join. Basically, we're sharing insights around being an entrepreneur, being in this entrepreneur space, and as always, I'm dropping intel on positioning to profit, because we're in this game for the long haul. So with that, let us get on with the show. Here we go.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here! Episode 118 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. Super happy you're here. Today is a special guest feature, Chelsea Arns, who is the creator and founder of the Aligned Planner & Journal. She has this beautiful planner that she created and it really is different than probably anything that you've seen. So she talks about how she took this inspired action to create something really special that was meeting her needs and in that process, she's really differentiated herself from the packaging, to the journal, to the way she put it together. We cover the obstacles, and really what inspired her to make it happen. I also really appreciate the fact that she's so savvy, connecting with people very strategically to get the word out about the planner. And so I see her as a woman that is driven and ambitious, and all the things that I always admire when people take action, because that is what's going to unfold opportunities for you in ways that you didn't even know existed. So she's making it happen. I love it. We have a nice conversation. And again, you can find that at alignedplanners.co. And if you use code: Patty15, you get 15% of your orders. So that was really nice of her to do that. Thanks, Chelsea! All right, and can you believe it is almost November? As you're rounding the year, what worked? What didn't? Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez with Episode 117 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast, and let me just say that for whatever reason, I was like, what can I share on my podcast that is going to be different and fun? Of course, I gravitated to something that has to do with food, with standing out and positioning, and all the things. So today is a solo show and I'm going to be sharing with you a story of how to connect the dots, how do you know if you are connecting with your prospect at an emotional level, because that is really the the difference maker in my opinion for really establishing a brand personality. And it goes beyond the veiled offer or the here's my thing, buy my thing, but I'm like, stop, nobody needs more stuff. It's like people run from that. And instead, the big opportunity, in my opinion is to connect the dots at an emotional level, because you talking about you and your certifications, and all the things that you've done is in my opinion, that's not really a standout. And the other side of it is that it really is self-serving. And it's like hello, that's cost of entry, as opposed to having a competitive advantage. And I think that one of the best ways to do that is by connecting emotionally, and I'm going to be sharing some stories of how I've seen it done really well with other brands. And with that, I'm excited to share this episode with you. Thanks for being here. And here we go.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez with episode 116 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast, with my very special guest, Monica Lopera Nassar. So I had to take some spaces in there because I blend her last name into some weird concoction and she would not be too happy. But she is the Effortless Parenting Expert and we talk about her journey and finding her brand voice. What do I mean by that? I mean, have you ever been in a situation where you're looking around and you're wondering, like, why is that person having success? Or why is she being so successful? Maybe if I do what she's doing, then I will have success too. So it leads to comparison, it is maybe potential sabotage, it could lead to confusion, it could lead to self doubt all the things when in fact, this is part of the process where you have to find your brand voice, you have to find that lane, that the claim the lane, the mindshare that you want to capture. And so we have that discussion with Monica today. She has been in the entrepreneur space now for several years. And that was her struggle, once upon a time is finding that message that resonates with people on the receiving end, and all the things she went to to find her brand voice. So super excited to welcome her to this episode of the Position to Profit Podcast. As always, don't forget that if you are interested in connecting in a community fashion, you can head on over to prolificwe.com, which is a Facebook group, as well as if you're ready to jump in to a wonderful community of supporting Mavens, prolificcafe.com. Anyway, at any rate, where are you in your business, because if you need some help, or you're teeing it up for 2022, take a look at prolificcafe.com, we've had really, really great successes with several of the members, many of the members I should say, and it would be a joy to welcome you there, check it out at prolificcafe.com and you'll get all the goods. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez with episode 114 of the Positioning to Profit podcast. Thank you for being here. This episode is going to be guest focused. We're talking about how to discover your "Style Power", with best selling author, Alma Barrero, who has launched her "Style Power" book, "unlock the connection between your soul and your wardrobe… and set yourself free in style". And basically, the promise is to become the most magnetic and attractive version of yourself effortlessly, one outfit at a time. So while you may think that it is Oh, okay, she's talking about clothes. No, it's deeper than that. So we dive a little bit deeper into that entire process. And it's such a great example of how you stand out uniquely in a marketplace that has a lot of competition. So Alma's sharing the way that she did that for herself, really honoring what she wanted to bring to the table, and even doing things in spite of the fact that people may have thought, Oh, that's kind of weird, or that's different, or, I don't know if that's going to work, etc.I bring this to you, because if you have an idea for your business, if you are considering a new conversation around a topic that you want to talk about, this, hopefully will inspire you to do that, because it is so important, where you should tap into your intuition, really lean into more of that, because that's where the magic happens. So I love this episode for that reason, because it really is a celebration of our own uniqueness. And knowing that internally, right, digging deep in your inner knowing, because that's where, just like I said, the magic happens. Also, if you haven't joined us over at Prolific Women Entrepreneurs, please do so. You just go to prolificwe.com, and that'll take you right to the Facebook group. So join us over there because it's a nice group it's developing, we have a few hundred people already. And I love creating a space focused on community, that is so my jam. I look forward to seeing you over there. And with that, let's get on with the show. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez with Episode 113. Thank you so much for checking out this episode. Today I am doing a solo show. And I'm going to be covering a topic that comes up often enough to where it gets my ears perked and then I'm like, you know what, I need to talk this out, because I know there's more than one person, two people, three people that are coming up to me with the same issue. And so it's time to address it. And it is talking about valuing your worth boundaries with your clients. So those two topics are kind of sticky, and they get complicated, and I can share with you how it has personally impacted me at one of the Mavens in Prolific Cafe had a similar situation where there was an opportunity for exposure, and then really not knowing how to have that tough conversation around, is this paid? Is this unpaid? What kind of engagement is this? Where can we go with this, etc.? And for whatever reason, we get caught up in our own thinking that, oh, I don't want to lose this. So there's a lot of lessons here and a lot of different ways. And as somebody that has personally gone through this myself, I want to impart and share what's worked, what hasn't so that you can not go through what transpired for me, because it wasn't fun. So I know it'll be valuable for you. Okay, so if you haven't joined Prolific Women Entrepreneurs Facebook group, I invite you to join it, you just go to prolificwe.com, we which stands for women entrepreneurs, and I'll see you over there. Okay. And with that, let's get on with the show.

Super happy you're here. Thank you for checking out this episode. Today is a solo show. I'm going to be sharing how to know when it's time to quit, or if it's okay to continue. And it is near and dear to my heart, because this topic has come up a couple of times, you know, especially as the entrepreneur journey really goes through the the ups and downs and whatnot. And this topic, while it's not necessarily a marketing strategy, per se, but it is important to position yourself to profit. So the deal is how do you know if it's okay to quit, and if it's just being a quitter, or if it's pushing through to make sure you keep going. So we're going to be chatting about that one.Okay, and then separate to that, I don't know if you have already joined the Prolific Women Entrepreneurs Facebook group, but you're invited. It is truly my calling it is what I love to do more than anything. I get to help women entrepreneurs every single day, and it really fills my cup. Because if you're struggling, if you're like, why aren't people buying my stuff? It's like really awesome. And I can't figure out how to create more customers, and it's frustrating. Yeah, I get it. But here's the deal, I'm going to be sharing a quirky story about a Chicago legend, literally legend, and what I learned from him on how to create demand. And when you understand this premise that it is applicable, it is going to change everything. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there! Patty Dominguez with episode 109 of the Positioning to Profit podcast. Thanks for being here. Hope you're enjoying your summer if you're in the US, if you're outside the US, like my guest, Charlotte Heald, I guess they are in the middle of winter. Hopefully you're keeping warm. So today's episode is going to be all around transitioning careers, you know how to really know when it's time to change, and for some people, it can be a really scary leap. But let's face it, where I was, for example, when I was 22 or 23, when I finished school, and I was thinking about my career, I am nowhere near what I was thinking back that, right. In fact, did you know, according to this LinkedIn article, I have here in front of me that by age 50, the average person has held 12 different jobs in an effort to find "the right fit". And so this also requires changing careers completely. But let's face it, that can be a scary proposition. However, in this day and age, with everything going on in the world, more and more people are transitioning over to an online career meaning doing the thing that they're doing, whether it's coaching, starting an entrepreneurial endeavor, being a consultant, and then also tapping into the power of the online world. So lots of people are doing it. And that's exactly what Charlotte does. She shares her story of what she has been doing since once upon a time being a nurse, and then transitioning into what she's doing now successfully, and how her calendar is booked full. So I think this is a very inspirational story that can help you too, if you are in that situation, thinking about transitioning careers. And even if you're not, take a listen, because there's always something that you can receive from successful stories like what Charlotte is sharing. So with that, thanks for being here again. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here, episode 108, thank you for being here. Today is a solo show. Alternate weeks, right? So I'll do an interview, and then the opposite week, so I'll do a solo show. So today's a solo show, just you and me, me and you hanging out. And today I'm talking about how to know if you are working in your core purpose. The thing is, as entrepreneurs, there are many entrepreneurs that I talked to that have a myriad of ideas, you know, and say, "Oh, I could be doing this, and I could be doing that, or I could be doing here, I could be doing there". So within all that, how do you know what is truly your core purpose? How do you know if you should be writing something out? Or if it's something that you can also let go of, meaning, if you're working toward your core purpose, and you're testing out different concepts, how do you know if in fact, if it's time to pull the plug on something, if it's time to let it go? And so really simply, I have been there through this journey, right, since January of 2013. And I can impart some of the things that have worked for me, and certainly to show what happened with me. And when I really understood what my core purpose is, when it really gotten to a place of knowing. And before we get into the show, don't forget that if you are interested in being a part of a community of support, accountability, so that you can discover how to position your brand to profit, your business to profit, and then really understand the systems that you need in your business to succeed. I invite you to check out prolificcafe.com for your trial. So head on over to prolificcafe.com and test it out for yourself, and see and give it a go because it's pretty awesome. All right, and here we go with the show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here, episode 107 of the Positioning to Profit podcast. Super happy that you are here for this episode. It's a different one, because normally it'll be either a solo show or I will feature a fellow female entrepreneur. So thing is, once upon a time back in 2015, a friend of mine, Tim Wambach, and I launched a podcast by the name of Boss Free Society. We did about 143 episodes or so and it ran for, I think, a couple years, it was really fun and we interviewed a lot of heavy hitters. So I caught up back with Tim, because I hadn't talked to him, he's always a joy to have, he is a wonderful friend in our lives here for my husband and I, and I just thought it'd be great to catch up with him. So he's talking about flipping the switch, how he turned off the business that he had when it was time to move on, when it was time to reinvent, and when it was time to make some serious changes in his life. And so coming from a male perspective, I thought it would be a great idea to host him on the podcast and just share what he's up to. Flexing fatherhood is his new venture. And I just think the world of him. Tim's an awesome guy. So check out Tim Wambach on this episode. And again, if you want to catch our old episodes, circa 2015 to 2016, where we interviewed some heavy hitters, head on over tobossfreesociety.com. It was a lot of fun. And with that, I'm excited to share with you this special episode with the first guy we've had in a really long time, Tim Wambach. And on with the show. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here episode 106 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. I have a question for you. Are you busy or are you productive? That's the topic for this episode because I have been hearing around, right, like around the way around how people are super overwhelmed and busy. And I'm like, are you really busy? Are you being productive? Or what's happening here? Because I feel like people's default sometimes just to say I'm overwhelmed, but what does that really mean? And so there's a lot of meaning behind that that we can get into. But I'm going to steer it more to share with you what I used to do, and now what I do, and why I find that this has been really the secret sauce for me being super focused on what I want to create. So I'm imparting some of the shares that I've had, because I've done it all being in that state of overwhelm, I don't live there anymore at all. So truthfully, when people say that I'm like, okay, I can't necessarily relate. But I understand, right? I don't live that way, but I understand. And that's what I want to share with you to get you out of that state if you're living there. Because I promise you, if you don't take care of, it's just gonna get worse and worse, and then it becomes a habit, we don't want that that's not productive habits, not coming from your higher self. So that's the topic of the episode. Today, it is a solo show. And just so you know, I started a new Facebook group, by the way, it is called Prolific Women Entrepreneurs. So just do a search on Facebook for Prolific Women Entrepreneurs and join the group. Because I'm sharing in there, The CAFE call, I'm sharing some of the things that I pass on to my clients as well as overall share. So we'd love to have you join it, check it out at Prolific Women Entrepreneurs. And with that, here we go.

Thank you so much for being here. Today's episode is featuring Melanie Medland from New Zealand. She is the founder of beautifulconversations.co.nz. And in this episode she is sharing so vulnerably her personal experience of how this pain that she has endured in her parenting adventure and helping her teenager has been really the catalyst for creating an impact that she's having. So the title is "When Pain Becomes Your Purpose with Melanie Medland", and I have to tell you, as a fellow parent going through my own setbacks with my son, so I have two boys and my teen has been got had gone through a lot of just different ups and downs and whatnot. And it's such important work that Melanie is doing.I want everyone to know, in the midst of the darkest pain that you may have, you just never know what comes out of that. And she has found real purpose in helping fellow parents with their setbacks as well. Such a powerful conversation to understand. And really, they also know that we're all going through the human experience, and out of that can come a beautiful purpose. It really becomes fulfilling to see how your story can impact others, and in that process, you heal, but you provide that space for others to heal as well. super powerful. Today is a solo show and on this show, I am going to be talking about how to remove the clutter in your business. And it's not necessarily about these specific line items or the the tactical stuff. This is going into the mindset part of it because I have to tell you, this is a topic that's come up a couple of times between this week and last week. So I'm like, okay, this warrants a convo specifically about what's causing this overwhelm, and making sure that we are keeping on track or removing those elements that is creating all of this confusion. There's so much confusion out there. So that's the topic of this episode. Now, if you haven't already done so, head on over to nicheandpitch.com. You can spell it either way. So some people will spell it nicheandpitch.com, which is a correct way. But if you don't know and you're like, how do you spell it again, just spell it nitchandpitch.com. Today is no different. In this episode, it is an interview, kind of like a interview, idea sharing fly on the wall type of scenario with my very good friend, Dr. Christine Kaczmar. She and I have been friends now for quite a while. And she also has her own brick and mortar business. She has a supplement company, she has an online presence, a really great following. And so with all the elements in play, and this may be you actually, you have all these awesome elements in play. But yet, you know, there's something missing. It's not always about mindset. It could also be just a little something within the business that you're too blind to see because you're in it, right, you're in the thing. So we have a discussion. Once upon a time, I threw out an idea she shares exactly what transpired in this conversation in this podcast interview. And what really absolutely revolutionized her business to such an extent that she has created massive shifts in her income. So you get a sneak peek behind the scenes on what we discuss. And that is what I have for you today. So with that, here we go with the show. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez, here. Thank you for joining me on episode 101. Yeah, 101. And today's episode is about a chronic issue that I see happen all too often, where you are literally leaving money on the table like easy money, so to speak, leaving it on the table because of this one thing. How's that for creating curiosity? Okay, so before we go into this awesome show that I'm about to drop, do not forget, The CAFE Call is next week, thecafecall.com, CAFE standing for, not just my love for coffee, but CAFE stands for Corrective Action, Faster Earnings. So it is a call, an ask me anything style zoom call, where you can ask your questions alongside a whole host of entrepreneurs that maybe are suffering from random acts of marketing, or perhaps they're just stuck in thinking like, okay, how do I get unstuck? One of the best things you can do is head on over to thecafecall.com. And the best part is it's complimentary. We had great discussions every single month. And in fact, one of the strategies that I shared last month, people were just like, oh my God, this is so awesome. It's easy to do. What happens is when people get this new idea, they grab it and go, and it turns into something new, an asset that they can create for themselves, a way to engage with their premium prospect, a way to carry the message out further. So if you are looking for those kind of strategies, because let's face it, even though somebody else is asking, what is that they can do for their business, there are some tips in there that you can apply to your own business. So it is such a win-win. It is one of my favorite ways to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, and really help move the ball forward for you. And again, that can be found at thecafecall.com. It is happening next week, and in fact, is something I do every single month as an act of ainy, the reciprocity of life, which is a beautiful philosophy that was taught to me by the amazing mentor, Jim Fortin, and I pass it on every single month to you, thecafecall.com. Okay, and with that, let's get on with the show, because this one is going to be good. You ready? I am. Alright, let's go.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there. Thanks for joining me on episode 99 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. I'm Patty Dominguez. I'm happy you're here. Thank you, thank you for being here. Okay, today's show is a solo show, and I am going to be sharing my strategy for social media, and how to combat the thing where you don't want to do it, you're like, "Oh my gosh, do I have to do social media?", and why I had to search for another way to manage my social media. Yes, I do have a social media manager, Charlotte, who has been with me now, for about two and a half years, which is unbelievable. She's so great. She totally helps me to project the brand of Positioning to Profit, of Prolific Cafe, and all the things we have to offer. But I will be fully transparent and share that part of me, I don't like doing social media necessarily, where once upon a time, I was always on social media, I don't have a problem with being on camera, I don't have a problem with putting myself out there. So what gives, Patty? What gives? So I'm going to be sharing with you a little bit of a story. And what is going to help me to cut that gap, right, to take care of the gap that I have in my head around social media. And the way to take care of that it is a system that I have for posting on social media, which is a combination of things that I've learned through different mentors, as well as how to project and amplify your brand. So that's where the positioning stuff ties in. Okay, so that's what I'm going to be covering today. Now, it's episode 99. Next week, it'll be a solo show, it'll be a special show, because it is episode 100. And I'm super excited about it. Now, if you are looking for accountability and community, you absolutely must check out Prolific Cafe, we're offering a special offer trial, and if you'd like more information, prolificcafe.com. And so with that, I am going to get on with the show and share with you my social media strategy.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez, here. Thank you so much for checking out this episode of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. It's Episode 97, and today's a solo show. I love doing the solo shows just as much as I love having my guests on. So today, I am going to be covering a very important inquiry that I received via email from a fellow coach who asked, "I'm interested in your expertise in positioning versus marketing, and I'm wondering if you could talk a bit about the differences between positioning and marketing". So there's a number of other questions there that I'm going to be tackling. I said, "Oh my gosh, great question, thanks for reaching out, you've inspired me to address your question, and I'm going to be covering those answers on the podcast". And so here we are, we're on the podcast. And I figured that these are questions that people have, and to make sure that I'm answering helping so that I can relay the utmost importance of positioning. So that's on the show.So before we go into the show, remember that if you're interested in complimentary coaching, check out thecafecall.com. C.A.F.E standing for Corrective Action, Faster Earnings, to help you get past those pesky marketing challenges, and let go of the random acts of marketing by joining me for this group zoom call that's happening on Thursday, May 20th, in the afternoon. For all the details, head on over to thecafecall.com, where I will be joining you to help you through questions. It's always a good time. It's what I do for ainy. It's the Incan philosophy of the law of reciprocity, where it's a pure give. I love doing them, it brings me joy, and in turn, I know that the universe has got my back and someone out there will say "You know what, Patty, let me see how do I work with you?". And it's awesome. It's a win win. So I'm just putting the good good into motion in the universe, and as a result, it brings me joy makes people happy, so win-win. All right, and so with that, that is what I have for today, the solo show what is the difference between positioning and marketing. And with that on with the show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thanks for being here! This is episode 96 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. I'm Patty Dominguez, your host. Today's show is a special one with my Prolific Cafe fellow Maven member, her name is Ashrita Tiwari, and she is daring greatly. She has most recently given her notice, and is now moving into entrepreneurship. We discuss her journey and what it's been comprised of, and how she developed the muscle, the belief muscle, the important muscle that helps you move forward, because as I always say, your business results will meet your identity every time no matter what. So you have to have the identity of somebody who believes that they can make it happen. As a matter of fact, I was talking to a dear client of mine, and she's going through some mishaps, and it's unbelievable how the the belief side of things really is the clincher, right? It's the difference between having mediocre results and having stellar results. It's the belief. So on today's show with Ashrita, we cover all of those aspects and just what she's doing. I'm so proud of her, and I just want to share what she's doing with you, really really fun.Alright, switching gears a little bit, we have been so busy at the positioning to profit headquarters coming up with new content and new things. And if you head on over to nicheandpitch.com, you're going to see the latest course that I created. It is chock-full of really great perspectives as it relates to how to find your niche. The other side of it is if you've ever felt like oh my gosh, if somebody asked me what I do, I just absolutely cringe, because I don't know how to articulate what I do. If that is the case, if you absolutely cringe at having to introduce what it is that you do with to someone and you struggle with it, and it's not connecting the dots, people look at you glaze like what is she talking about, I invite you to head on over to nicheandpitch.com, where you will find the details of this gem of a little course that I put together for you at an insanely good investment point. So don't let the the the investment hold you back. I mean, this is a really great deal. So head on over to nicheandpitch.com. The other one that I have for you is The Cafe Call, thecafecall.com is coming up, I believe in a couple of weeks. So we do that every single month, where I host an "Ask Me Anything" call, super fun. I get to hear about you your business, and it's basically free coaching, it's something I love to do. And if I can help you move the ball forward to create more expansion in your own business, well, that just lights me up. So head on over to thecafecall.com for that. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there! Patty Dominguez here, with episode 95 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. How are you? How are you doing? So hopefully I'm catching you out and about enjoying the outdoors. The weather is finally changing, and I'm super excited about it. Today is a solo show and it is going to be a good one, because I was giving it some thought. I had a really great conversation, as you know, I always bring in these conversations that I have with my clients, and this had to do with an offer that she had and why it wasn't connecting the dots. And as you know, I'm very bullish on positioning, and one of the things that is really important is understanding the dynamics of how people buy, right, why is it that they're buying, and so there's a really famous quote, from Zig Ziglar, a lot of us use it, but he is oh the credit is that, "people buy on emotion and they justify it with logic". So really, the theme of today's podcast solo show, is really getting an understanding of how that works, and why it is a really good play, to really focus on the emotional drivers, of emotional triggers of how to connect the dots for your premium prospect, so they're engaging with you at a more profound level, because I have personally been guilty of you know, maybe it was from my corporate speak days where I would try to over intellectualize something, and quickly realize that no, it wasn't working, that doesn't resonate. So we'll be talking a little bit about that. Alright, before we get started, don't forget that if you are looking for some positioning direction, some positioning help, you most definitely should check out the positioningquiz.com. It's a really great way to just kind of understand the positioning essentials and gives you a free report, and there's also some additional information there to help you with your positioning. A really great way to get the wheels turning on what could be missing in your marketing, especially if you're just kind of shooting in the dark or spraying and praying kind of marketing. Yeah, let me save you there, and let you know that please don't do that, you're gonna be wasting time and money. And instead, you can start with positioningquiz.com for the start of that positioning journey. Okay, and with that, let's get on with the show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here. Thank you so much for checking out this episode of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. It's Episode 94 and I'm so excited. Why am I excited? I'm going to tell you exactly why I'm excited. Okay, so I was checking out the episode count. And then I went to Apple. And I see that somebody left me a beautiful review on April the 14th, which hello, it's already the 27th, but mea culpa. So Shanda123581 left a 5-star review saying: This podcast is so light and fun yet the content is as “meaty” as anything I’ve come across. Patty is so generous in what she shares and she always leaves you with a nugget you can apply right away and get results. Thanks so much for this outstanding show.Shanda, you literally made my day. I'm like, "Oh my God, somebody's listening", so thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I love the comments. I love this social shout outs. But when y'all take the time to leave a review, because I know Apple doesn't make it easy. It literally lights me up. So Shanda, thank you so much for taking the time. I do not take it lightly. You could have done other things and yet you decided to leave that. I am so grateful to you. So thank you for that. Okay. Yay, with the show.So today I have Marilyn Rossano helping me to entertain you. She is sharing all about her business, what she does, how unconventional she is how absolutely different she is, and she celebrates it and she owns it. And that's what I love about her so much is that she's unabashedly herself. And what she brings to the table is something that I think is important, because she's zagging when everybody else is zigging. So she has a membership, and she does home cooking and organization, and she just has these beautiful witty way about her that she's really shining a light. And I'm so excited to introduce her way of being to you. Now this is an explicit rating because she drives a lot of F bombs and swear words, and I'm here for it. So if you have kids in the car, don't play this episode. Just wait till you're on the treadmill, sis, or out for your walk, or what have you. Because yeah, that's Marilyn, and she's unapologetically bringing it to you. And again, I'm here for it, I celebrate it, I think there's something for everybody in this episode, which is really awesome. Okay, and with that, the name of this episode is "How to Be Different", how to own your different, and this is going to hopefully open some perspective on celebrating more of what makes you you I know I sound like Dr. Seuss. But that's what it's at. That's where it's at. That's how you build a brand that is memorable. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here. This is episode 93 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. Thanks for being here. Maybe I'm catching you on the treadmill or up for your walk or in the car, wherever that may be, I appreciate it greatly. And thank you so much for the comments that I'm receiving on social. It warms my heart, because you're actually listening to the podcast and things and concepts that you're applying that are making a difference in how you're standing out uniquely. So for that, thank you, thank you, I so appreciate you.Okay, on this episode, I am going to be sharing with you how to be more engaging. Now, I almost called it how to be more of an authority. But the reality is that it may have gotten confused with social proof, like, for example, how to build more of an authority in your brand. And that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about how to be more engaging. Because here's the deal, let's say that you're in a situation where you are put into a place where you want to persuade, or you're shifting people, or you're connecting with people in such a way that you want to create more of a connection with them, being more engaging really is what this is all about. Right? So the episode is going to be talking about how to apply some of these practical tips and why they matter. And I can tell you, for one, it's a lesson I learned from my dad, as well as a very popular celebrity figure that you probably wouldn't expect and that celebrity is RuPaul. So RuPaul is a drag queen and I just find it super fascinating how he's so unique in his message. He is so far ahead of his time, because he's been doing his thing, since I want to say the late 70s. And so one of the lessons I learned is something that he talked about, and wrote a song about. So I'm going to be sharing about that. And I know that sounds super random, but I just literally find it fascinating. So I'll be sharing about that. The name of the game here is is that we want to get you to a space where you're comfortable in your own skin, standing out uniquely. As I always say, when everybody's zigging, you want to zag. And so this podcast episode is going to go into the very nature of how to be more engaging, how to be more charismatic, how to stand out and connect at a greater level. And so with that, check out the show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, Patty Dominguez here. This is episode 92 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. I'm happy you are here! In this episode, it is a solo show, I am going to be sharing with you one of the best trainings that I took back in my corporate days that I apply literally on the daily in my coaching practice since 2013, and it is a training that I have in Prolific Cafe. So I'm going to synthesize it here for you. And what this is going to do is provide a way for you to engage, for you to connect at a greater level with the people that you're speaking to. It is the way that you are going to get out of your head when it comes to connecting with people, especially if you're, say, if you're like an introvert or you're like "oh my God, I hate to talk to people", or "I don't want to really put myself out there", or "I'm just too shy", or "I'm not quite sure how to carry or move a conversation". I get it. Well, kind of I get it, because I have a son who who is an introvert and he's like "God, Mom, I really hate small talk". And you know what? I get it. So I was explaining to him this one training that I took, and I also share it over and over again in Prolific Cafe, which by the way, is the best membership for women entrepreneurs. If you haven't already checked it out, head on over to prolificcafe.com. It is a beautiful community! And we're always looking to improve, to support, and everybody's moving forward. It's just the best. So again, prolificcafe.com. That is my absolute shameless plug for Prolific Cafe.Alright, in this episode, again, I'm going to be sharing this training. You definitely want to check out the entire thing, because again, it is going to help you move from silent, awkward, don't know what to say state of mind to "hey, I can connect with anybody". So it is a training that I took once upon a time. I think this was like in my early careers, it was like late 90s. Okay, this is circa 1998 training that still has legs, that still is going to dazzle you when I drop this awesome way to connect. Okay, so that's what I have for you today. Don't forget, The Cafe Call by the way, is on April 21, thecafecall.com, for an AMA open style call.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, my sweet listener, how are you? This is episode 91 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast and I am happy you're here. I appreciate you, I appreciate you stopping by and checking out this episode. Today's topic is how to be more resilient in your business. Because who couldn't use more of that? During tough times, during the wall kicking moments, the uncertainty that you may be confronted with, because let's be honest, those moments are inevitable. It's about how you can move through that, how you can set yourself up to be tenacious. So I have two lovely women, the owners of MissingLogic, Tracy Christopherson and Michelle Troseth. They are part of my community at Prolific Cafe, and they have done so many wonderful things and are just growing by leaps and bounds are getting their message out there. Now, they are healthcare professionals, and they provide consulting for health care, you can only imagine how that brought in a whole host of different obstacles, because of everything that happened with COVID and the pandemic. So they were really confronted with, okay, how do we get the message out there when people's attention isn't necessarily on the message that you have? So we talked about that on this episode, and we talked about how it's so critical, it's mission critical to be resilient. So I really applaud Michelle and Tracy, for having this ability to have that stick-to-itiveness. They're such a great example of that they're the peanut butter and jelly partnership that you absolutely should check out, especially if you're in healthcare. Again, MissingLogic, and they're just incredible women.Okay. So before we go into the show, I do want to remind you that I am hosting The Cafe Call, it's an open Ask Me Anything zoom group style call. The first one went over so well, I'm going to continue to do it. Basically all it is, when you go to thecafecall.com and sign up, you're going to get your confirmation and all the info on when to show up all of the things and it's just to help get you unstuck. It's so much fun. Doing hot seats is something I'm really, really good at. And I'm happy to help people and they love seeing when those moments happen when they're like, oh my gosh, I got it. Like that's what I'm addicted to. So that's what I'm doing The Cafe Call, so you can catch that over at thecafecall.com. Don't miss it. Again, it's something that I'm doing, you also can meet other people, and it's just so much fun. I am loving the whole idea that kind of came to me. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thanks so much for joining me on this episode of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. We are on episode 90. I'm so excited! Today I'm going to be sharing on this solo show a little bit more about this idea of a brand promise. As you know whenever I'm chitchatting with my clients and we have sessions, certain themes come up and if I see a pattern, then I'm like okay this is something that I should be talking about because these are things that could use some clarity, right, some clarification. So one of the things that I have found to be distinctly important is the importance of your brand promise. It's something that I've been talking about for quite a while and something that you can you know gloss over it and do fine, but it's better to have a clear understanding of your brand promise and then how it could be trickled into the messaging, the touchpoints the things that you're doing for your clients, for your prospects so that they have a clear understanding on what to expect, because the brand promise is what connects you to your prospects so much so that they're like "okay, that's what you're promising, that's what you're going to share, all right I believe you", right, because after they build trust then they're going to pull out their credit card and they're going to invest in one of your products, programs, services and you got to deliver on it though. So this episode is tying in that whole process of how do you create a brand promise so that it stands out. As you know when everybody's zigging, you want to be zagging. I'm all about the zag.On top of that, I did want to let you know that thecafecall.com was an open AMA that we did earlier in March and it was awesome. I really really enjoyed it, have had great feedback on it, and I just wanted to let everybody know that we're having another one in April and for the date, the time, and all of the details, simply head over to thecafecall.com and secure your spot. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there, thanks for checking out this episode of the Positioning to Profit podcast. It's Episode 89. Oh my gosh, we're getting so close to the magical 100! And this episode, my fellow friends, amazing author, consultant, story wizard, and adventurer Katie Soy is joining me. Oh my gosh, she's amazing. So one of the things that she's so gifted at is storytelling. It is what she quotes here as "storytelling is the constant thread in my resume tapestry that’s taught me how to help students, people, corporations and entrepreneurs craft all kinds of different stories and weave them into their work". So she has a master's degree, she came from the corporate side, and she's an author that's published, and it's so fun. She's so incredible.Okay, so here's the deal. She just came out with a very special creation, which is actually what we're talking about. It's called "The Firefly and the Storm". It's a beautiful story about an orphan Firefly and so this is truly, truly a treasure. Why? Because it really came as a seed of inspiration. And on this episode, we talk about that whole process that she went through to create this story and what it means to her and where the opportunities lie in here. And so the theme of this episode is how creativity works. We talk about the highs and lows of what it means to have that creative spark and delaying it and then honoring that, and then what happens and the energy behind it. And it's just so much fun, because we know as entrepreneurs, we all have these just incredible ideas that come to us and some of them we put on the backburner, and other ideas we put into action. This is what we're talking about is how creativity works. So congratulations to Katie Soy for her beautiful creation of "The Firefly and the Storm". You can find it at katiesoy.com/fireflystories.The last thing I want to share is make sure to check out The C.A.F.E Call that I'm hosting once a month. It's an open office hours call where you can ask me anything, where I can help you through that pesky marketing challenge that is keeping you stuck. All you have to do is head on over to thecafecall.com. With that, let's get on with the show.Connect with Katie SoyWEBSITE LINK:https://www.katiesoy.com/SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS:Katie on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katie.soy/Katie on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/misskatiesoy/

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there. Thanks for joining me today on this episode of the Positioning to Profit podcast. I'm really glad you're here. On today's episode, I'm going to be sharing a little bit more about gaining clarity in your positioning. And as you may already know, there is a membership that I have it's called Prolific Cafe, you can find out about the membership at prolificcafe.com, it is a membership for women. And we are all moving forward building our business. It's creating expansion for ourselves, and then really broadcasting the deeper purpose of why we do what we do. It is so much fun. So we really consider it this amazing Maven Club of shares and explorations and all kinds of things that help us again, to move forward. One of the things that came up specifically this week was around clarity. And I'm going to share a little bit on that topic. And really what it's costing you to not be clear. And that clarity could be costing you more than you think. So that's what I'm going to be diving into. Because as you know, we get entrepreneurial, oh my gosh, like ADHD, right, like we get so excited about stuff and opportunities come up. But at the same time, it may be deterring us from where our attention should be focused or could be focused. So that's the topic of the show. Now, if you haven't already heard, I am hosting The C.A.F.E. Call. The C.A.F.E. Call stands for Corrective Action, Faster Earnings and the idea behind that is to create more income for yourself to get unstuck, to let go of the random acts of marketing. It's a zoom call structure. So it's a group call, you can show up and pop in and really like ask away, we collaborate on kind of crowdsourcing where you're stuck. And so if that's your jam, and you're looking for valuable coaching, to help you get unstuck, then I most definitely encourage you to catch The C.A.F.E. Call. You can grab all the details over at thecafecallcom. I look forward to seeing you there. The next one is going to be on March 24. Right around the corner. And again, you can find all the details for that at thecafecall.com. It would be my pleasure to host you, we're gonna have a smashing good time. And I love smashing through random acts of marketing. It's just what I do. So with that on with the show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thank you so much for joining this episode of the Positioning To Profit podcast. This is Episode 87. And I will say that this is probably my signature podcast episode. It is a saying that I am known for anybody who has received any coaching from me will hear me say time and time again, "just ship it". And this episode is explaining the concept a little bit and a very telling share that I posted in a group that I'm in, in a marketing group that I'm a coach, and we were just dying laughing at how things have changed. And I'll explain a little bit more. The concept here around "just ship it" is how to know when it's okay to put your product out there, to put your course out there, to put your offer out there, to put your lead magnet out there, to put your message out there, all of it. That's what we're going to be covering on this episode. But before I go there, before I go into my "just ship it" rant, I want to share with you. Do not forget that I have something really special called the C.A.F.E. Call. So if you go to thecafecall.com, you'll find the landing page on that. It is the C.A.F.E. Call, stands for Corrective Action, Faster Earnings. Cool, right? So it's basically an acronym, and it is an AMA Ask Me Anything style call that I'm doing open. So you just have to show up, which is super exciting. And the next one that I'm doing is March 24, at 4:30pm, central time. You're invited. And this is so good for you. If you are suffering from random acts of marketing, and aren't sure why things aren't working, I got you. Or maybe you are thinking okay, what am I doing here? I feel like I'm stuck, I feel like there's a missing component to what I'm doing with my marketing, join the C.A.F.E. Call. So any of these questions we have in a hot seat style type of zoom call, where yes, it's not just gonna be you and I, it's gonna be you and whoever joins the call. It may be you and I, or two people, or 200. It doesn't matter. I got you all. So join the C.A.F.E. Call. Just go to thecafecall.com for this awesome zoom Open Office Hours Ask Me Anything. I'm hosting it. It'll be awesome. Again, March 24, 4:30pm, central time. It'll be a riveting good time. And I look forward to seeing you there!

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thank you for being here! I sure am grateful. On this episode, it is a solo show again, I'm going to be sharing how to capture more mindshare. You may be thinking like, what's that? What is she talking about? Well, mindshare is being top of mind, in somebody's mind, when they are thinking of that go to person for that thing that you do. And what happens in a highly highly competitive world, because let's face it, if you are in the coaching world, whether it's a wealth coach, health coach, career coach, any kind of coach, spiritual coach, all the coaches, or any kind of consultant or entrepreneur, in the absence of real differentiation, what happens is, you will be subjected to the commoditized coach syndrome. And being a commoditized coach is no fun is where you're giving into what I call the price war game, and you're just in a sea of competition. And that's no fun. So I want to help you to see and become that Prolific Pro that you know you are, so that is going to be the topic of the show. Now first I want to share a little something something with you. Every month I'm going to be hosting a C.A.F.E. Call. Well actually, it's thecafecall.com. C.A.F.E stands for corrective action, faster earnings. So what does that mean? If you are stuck in your marketing, if you are suffering the woes of random acts of marketing, if you're not sure what's going on with your offer, if you have any questions about your marketing, something to help move you forward. You've been looking at something and you're like, should I do this? Should I not? What's wrong with my offer here? What should I be thinking about? Should I pivot? Should I rebrand? All of that. All of the things and the questions, concerns that you have bring them to the C.A.F.E. call now you have to do is sign up at thecafecall.com. And it is an Ask Me Anything that I'm doing every single month. Okay, so for more information, head on over to thecafecall.com. Register for the next one coming up on March 24. And again, this is going to be a monthly thing. And I'm super excited about it.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Today's episode is a solo show, and I am going to be challenging some thinking. On this solo show, it's going to prompt you to consider, are you too available? Are you too much out there in a way that is not creating enough intrigue? Because if you're too available, this may be the reason why more people are not reaching out for your coaching. Maybe this is something that you agree with. Or maybe it's not. And I'll kind of give you the backstory there of why I believe that it's not a good thing to be too available. At the same time, I want to also invite you to check out a Clubhouse collaboration that I have cooking. It is every Wednesday, at at 11am Central time, I have paired up with my friend, Dr. Christine Kaczmar, and she and I are doing a weekly series where it's called OG Lessons. And OG Lessons is really cool, because we are both such practitioners of Personal Development. I forgot who was the one that said, "We are forever changed for the people we meet and the books that we read". And so we thought it'd be really cool to bring together a compilation of different philosophies, things, and prompting people to engage. And what better way to do that than on Clubhouse. So if you're interested, follow me over on Clubhouse. And again, this is every Wednesday at 11am Central time. So super excited that we did a show already. And it's just so cool to see people engaged and open up and share their perspectives or stories. It really, to me is such a great testament to the power of clubhouse where people who don't even know each other, from different walks of life are coming together and sharing their perspectives and insights and in that process, we all learn together. It's really cool and I really think that now more than ever just people are dying to connect. So that is what's happening on Clubhouse every Wednesday. And then specific to this episode, I am challenging the thinking that you should not be too available. And I'm going to be sharing exactly what I mean by that. And something for you to consider. Right? Maybe you can say, "I don't agree with you whatsoever Patty". Or you can take a look and say, "Huh, this is an interesting perspective, let me try that out". I'm always about testing and tweaking. And this is no different. So I'll be incorporating a little bit more of that. And I will be explaining exactly how I'm going to do that.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey, friends! Thank you so much for hanging out with me. I'm very happy you're here. But first, I want to check in with you. Have you taken advantage of jumping on The Business Trinity workshop? So it's a workshop that I'm hosting for this month, where I put together a 4-part video series hosted by me, called The Business Trinity. It's the key pillars to have in your business so you can stand out, leverage your time, and build a solid income foundation. Who couldn't use more of that, right? So when you go to positioningtoprofit.com/trinity, you can jump in on that training. And then also, as part of that, you'll also be alerted of an open AMA call, on open office hours. Ask Me Anything, February 25th, at 4pm Central time. And what's cool about that is if you have questions on your marketing, where you're stuck, the concepts that I cover in The Business Trinity, some ideas that maybe are just like, I don't know, ruminating in your head, and you're like, oh, I wonder if I could do this, or wonder if I could do that, rest assured I got your back. I'm going to give you the best answer that I can based on my experience. I've been in this coaching deal for quite quite a few years now. So I'm really comfortable doing AMAs and I absolutely enjoy them so much. And then today's show has everything to do with content creation, but I'm not going into the "how to", I'm going into "how do you know if you're giving it all away", or "giving away too much", or kind of pretty much in that status where I don't know if this happens to you, but I see it, it's a ramping thing, where people give it all away on a challenge, or don't kind of restrain themselves from giving it all away. And then what happens is that people say "awesome, thanks". Okay, thanks. And then they leave and they don't buy. So if that's happened to you, there's a very good chance that you're giving away right, so we're gonna talk about that and just how to fine tune that right how to restrain ourselves from "giving it all away", feeling depleted, feeling like, oh my gosh, what else is there to give? I've given it all away. And how much is too much? So all these things are what I'm covering on today's show, it is a solo show. It's just me. And if you enjoy this show, do not forget, and I ask you super nicely. If you wouldn't mind heading on over to iTunes and giving me a testimonial for the show, in ratings and review that helps me tremendously to keep spreading the word about how you can position your business to profit because that's what I love to talk about. So I got you, I'm here for you. Let's go ahead and get started with this show.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Hey there friends! I'm happy you're here. On today's episode, I'm going to be covering how to gain more trust with your prospects, because nothing is more important than trust. If you can build that trust, and if you can earn that trust with your premium prospects, it is a game changer. That is when they take out their credit cards and invest in your product service and programs. And one of the topics that you can use, as you're putting your message out there is this concept that I'm going to be talking about today, building trust, like it's everything. If somebody doesn't trust you, they're not going to buy from you. So this topic today is so near and dear to my heart. Because it's a way for you to accelerate this whole concept of building trust that you can deploy in your marketing strategy, as well. And also the cool thing is that it positions you in a unique way. And am I not all about that. When everybody's zigging, you want to zag. And so that's what we're going to be talking about today.I also want to share that I have a complimentary 4-part video series hosted by yours truly called The Business Trinity. I go into the key pillars to have in your business, you could stand out leverage your time and build a solid income foundation. You can find that training or the workshop at positioningtoprofit.com/trinity. As a matter of fact, one of the things I'm also going to do, for those of you that partake in that training, I'm going to have an Ask Me Anything later in the month. I'll announce that via email, so you definitely want to jump in on that.I'm actually doing a Clubhouse. So I have to report back on that. There should be an interesting experience with all the buzz happening over on Clubhouse. If you want a clubhouse invite, send me a DM on Instagram and I just may have an invite because they keep replenishing my invites there. So , that'll be really fun. To catch me over on Clubhouse, connect there. I would love to hear what you're working on. And again, I'm going to have to report on what's happening on clubhouse. I am hearing some really good stuff.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Today is a special episode because one of the things that I talk about my Positioning to Profit framework is around Internal Positioning. Now, if you are out in the market and exploring how to communicate the message, and let's say you're feeling frustrated, it's not connecting the dots, you're not gaining the level of success that you had hoped for, you're feeling overwhelmed, things just aren't clicking, it's feeling heavy, then this episode is for you. Today, as a guest, I am featuring Karen Turpin. She is a coach helping Starseeds and Lightworkers become aligned with their mission and purpose. You can find her at karenturpin.com. And in this episode, we're going to be talking about that.Whether you're going through a personal stuck, or a professional stuck or being in a state of stuck, if you will, we're gonna be talking about what you can do to overcome that and how to really recognize when things aren't working well, when it's time to move into a different direction and how to do that. So I'm excited about this episode, because I cannot even begin to express, I have had my fair share of stuckness, and I believe that this episode will really, hopefully open your eyes to understanding how to get unstuck. And that is the theme for today. So with that, make sure to listen all the way through. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thanks for joining me on this episode of the Positioning to Profit podcast. This is episode 81. I have a very special guest, Val Hemminger, who's a friend of mine and a dear client, and we are talking all about finding your message. She is going to talk about her trials and tribulations in figuring out this whole entrepreneurial thing. And in the process, we have some laughs, but one of the things that I will say about her is that she is tenacious, like you would not believe. So I commend her for that. She is a spectacular person, I absolutely adore her. And so this episode is really special just talking about the journey, and then finding your flow, and the whole process in between. So a really, really good episode.Okay, and then you definitely want to check out I have a special workshop happening right now. It is a free masterclass for coaches, 5 Strategies to Bulletproof your Business in 2021, you can head on over to positioningtoprofit.com/2021 for the free workshop where you are going to discover the 5 Strategies to Bulletproof your Business. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/On this episode, I'm going to be sharing a concept of Collaboration Marketing. While you think that this is a joint venture kind of thing, yes, but I really believe that there is a huge opportunity that not enough people are leveraging, so let me kind of explain what I mean by that. Have you ever felt that in the solopreneur world, as exciting as it is to do your own thing, create what it is that you want, really seeing yourself like I do myself is unemployable like, I cannot work with, like a company anymore, or anything like that? However, there have been times when I felt alone. I'm like, oh, I wish I could connect with more people or collaborate with more people. So the ability is there. And while in the external world conferences and such as of the recording of this show, everything is basically shut down, it doesn't mean that they're the opportunities to collaborate are not there. They in fact are. So in this episode, I'm going to be talking about just as a comparative, because I always take a look at what the big brands are doing, and there's a lot to be said, for just watching what they're doing and saying, well, why can't we do this in our own space too, right? I'm excited to bring it with you and just kind of share with you my insights on it and how I really think that this is a big opportunity for this year and moving on forward. Now, also, I did want to let you know, don't forget that I have a workshop for January that is going on right now, 5 Strategies to Bulletproof Your Business in 2021, all you have to do is head on over to positioningtoprofit.com/2021. I think it's all of a half an hour tops but it's chock full of information. I love the content where it's like quick and to the point and simple and give it to me easily so that I'm not confused. And that's literally my intention behind everything that I do. So you can find that again, positioningtoprofit.com/2021.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Thanks for checking out episode 78 of the Positioning to Profit Podcast. If you're listening to this on the day that it launches, it means it is the official last episode of 2020, and what a year it has been! It's so interesting, because for some people, it has been very rewarding, lots of progress, and other people have just had one of the most challenging times. If you're an entrepreneur, we know that we roll with the punches, and it is a great indicator of where we can flex or be nimble or pivot - these have just been some of the themes that we've been hearing about all year. I was thinking that it'd be a good opportunity to share a throwback episode. It's actually episode 2 of the original podcast that I had intended, Her Legacy Podcast. So as I was going through the archives of episodes, I saw this particular one, and it talks about this concept called the Business Trinity and it's a really interesting concept, because that, again, was one of the the downloads I got of what you can do in your business, and I think now more than ever, it's always a good idea to get back down to fundamentals. This is really two parts. I wanted to share with you that, as well as a workshop that I put together, where I'm covering the 5 Ways to BulletProof Your Business in 2021, and it's a great companion to what I'm covering here in the Business Trinity. So if you're interested in checking out that workshop, again, putting the final touches on it, head on over to pattydominguez.com/2021, and check that out for yourself for some really great foundational principles that never go out of style. And that's really how I like to really model and offer you listening of what you can do to implement, to get started in 2021, and really map out what you can do for your business.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Today's show is a special one, because I'm featuring a fellow Maven. She's in the Prolific Cafe community, her name is Helen Iwata. She is a success coach for women in Japan. The beautiful thing about her story is she's such a great example of being nimble, really honoring your calling when you have this yearning to do something different and instead of staying in your comfort zone, really exploring what you can do when you have that calling. Because here's the deal having or moving to something different, it does come with, of course, uncertainty and risk, and should I do it? And who am I? All kinds of things that can happen.Helen's such a great example of leaning into it being nimble and recognizing that on the other side of that is a huge opportunity that could definitely be fulfilling. So we're going to hear her story today about how she's crafted her new career, so to speak, she took a bit of a pivot and as a result, it's been hugely rewarding. And for that we really honor her and promote what she's doing with the Sasuga Success Cycle for women in Japan, revolutionary self care concepts that are not part of the culture. So the other side of it is that she's really leaning into an introducing an entirely new concept challenging the status quo. So Helen is truly a changemaker, and you're going to see just how she's made that happen and hopefully bring some new, new concepts of philosophies that you can use for your own business. Thank you for being here. Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/On today's show, I had a really great question come up from a dear client of mine, who was asking for some advice on when free is not a good idea. It tied in very nicely to a boot camp that I'm running this week and last week, and it's going really well. It's the Positioning to Profit Bootcamp. We had kind of an exchange around what it means to give something away for free, as opposed to teeing things up in a way like the way that I'm doing with my bootcamp. So I will offer some perspective based on some wise sage advice that I received once upon a time from a mentor, and I'm sharing it now with you.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/Glad you're here, where every week, I either highlight a fellow entrepreneur who is positioning their business to profit, or I share marketing strategies that you can deploy into your own business. Today, it's a solo show, I'm going to be talking about the law of contrast and what that means, how to use it in your marketing so that you're standing out even more. So whether it's in a video, or maybe copy, or on your sales page, or anything like that, one of the things that you can use is a law of contrast, so that you can stand out amongst your competition. I'll be sharing some examples of that and how you can put it into your marketing right away.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/In this episode, I am sharing a really great way to position yourself if you're brand new to a market, or maybe you're still not standing out as much as you deserve to stand out. And it's really an easy way to do it too. So I'm super excited to share with you. It's something that I really believe in is a game changer once you have clarity on what you want to stand for. So this is really going to help. What I'm going to caution you is that this is not for everybody. It's a polarizing perspective that you may want to adopt or not. But I'll be explaining how I particularly use it in my marketing and why I think this is a real game changer in attracting exactly who you want to attract as your prospect.I also have a 12-day virtual boot camp coming up, which I'm really excited about. It's over on Facebook and it has a focus on "How to BulletProof Your Business for 2021". So if you are interested, it is for coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs who are looking to create their category of one and make the competition irrelevant. All you have to do is go to https://www.pivotyourpositioning.com/bootcamp, and it is complimentary. We start Monday, December 7, I'm super excited to bring it to you.

Ready to Positioning Your Business to Profit? Go to-->>> http://positioningtoprofit.com/On this episode, I am interviewing Miyako Hazama, who is one of my dear clients, absolute Rockstar. And the reason I say that and I come from a place of knowing is twofold. The first thing is she's probably one of my favorite clients because of the fact that she executes. And what I mean by that is like, it's not just note taking and thinking about concepts, it's literally executing. And any coach will tell you, any mentor will tell you, when you have a student, a client that puts things into action, it just builds the momentum, which is so much fun. The other side of it is one of the biggest passions I've really come to hone in on is to work with women who are transitioning careers, kind of that encore career stage, where I, for example, was incorporated for 18 years, and I made the big leap into entrepreneurship in January of 2013. And I do have quite a few clients that are pretty much in that same boat, where they are looking for that next career, right, something that is more aligned with their purpose, more aligned with who they really want to be serving and connecting with, and it's just so much fun. She has such a deep-rooted expertise around what she can do. And this really, this whole episode is just to bring to light, this whole concept of an encore career, the concept of fine-tuning your message so that you're connecting at a greater level. So if this is you, definitely you want to dive into this episode because it's chock-full of goodness.Connect with Miyako HazamaWEBSITE LINK: miyakohazama.comSOCIAL MEDIA LINKS:Miyako on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/YoungWithEnergyMiyako on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/miyakohazama/Miyako on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stayyoungwithenergy/

And it is one of the ideas that I came across as I was really thinking about Positioning and what are the standouts for people? And just how daunting is it when you say, oh, positioning myself as a category of one? Well, what does that really entail? And of course, I talk about Positioning quite a bit. You can find more information at positioningtoprofit.com by the way. But in this show, we are going to be exploring what it means to not only be positioned as an expert, but also positioning yourself as a leader. Because as I really, really think about what being a standout professional means, it's really when you combine the two. And so how often do you see these two play out? And the people that do have a good grasp on that are the ones that stand out, are the ones that people follow, and are the ones that really create their category of one. So in this episode, I'm going to be sharing some practical tips, as a pulse check for some, but for others as really an awakening of where the opportunities lie for you if you haven't already done so. So stick with me because this episode is a solo show. And I'm dropping some great information that you can apply right away.
