After thirty years as a psychotherapist, entrepreneur and business consultant, Rick Breden, CEO of Behavioral Essentials, realized that many of the issues that impact work performance aren't related to work at all- Depression, anxiety, taking care of aging parents, chemical dependency, breast cancer, raising children, conflict- actually, everything that happens outside of work can have a huge impact on how you feel and perform at work. Our simple mission is to "help a lot of people." On Natural Tendencies we tackle the tough stuff with real people, and provide them with a place to process, learn and grow.
