Coaching Confidence

Confidence comes from knowledge, achievement and repetition but first we need to talk about the things to get the knowledge. Each week I discuss a multitude of elements, all of which contribute to our overall confidence. Mentality, training, nutrition, masculinity, vulnerability, relationships and mindset.
