Kate talks to 2 more local businesses, both very different from each other, to find how they have been faring during Lockdown 3:  Tracy from The Waffle Shack opened her waffle & crepe cafe back in December in the brief time that we were allowed to dine out, and has only since known what it is like to trade as a takeaway during the pandemic. Helen from Treasure Chest Bookshop as a non- essential retailer has not been properly open in over a year and she tells us how the bookshop has had to adapt to survive during the pandemic as well as telling us how she and her husband ended up at the bookshop over 20 years ago, all the way from Lancashire!
