In this episode, Jessica walks you through how to break down your dreams with a specific technique that separates the literal versus the symbolic. Learn why it is also important to self-reflect on the current events and emotions taking up mental inventory. You may not be as aware as you think of what is ruminating in your subconscious thoughts. In 2017, Jessica saw a Hypnotherapist regarding releasing pain that still carried a hook in her life. Being a hypnotherapist herself, she was well aware that this "issue" could affect other areas anytime she felt abandoned or not good enough even if unrelated to intimate relationships as the brain triggers the same feelings although the events are different. Jessica was so profoundly moved by the experience in her mind that she immediately documented it by taking pen to paper. The session took place in 2017. Jessica found the recorded account Christmas weekend 2020 as she was clearing out and organizing before the New Year. She felt a prompting that this was the perfect time to share her hypnosis journey with someone who really needs to hear it and can gain something of value.
