Worthfull Project

Christine Baird: Media Producer, Worth-Seeker & Founder of the Worthfull Project

We come to this world full of worth. Nothing we do or become changes that. But our minds tend to forget. This podcast features conversations with people who have learned to own their worth again. It is a reminder that we are already always full of worth. We are worthfull. Find out more at http://worthfullproject.com

"Let's remember that our worth has been with us throughout this entire season and probably supported us in ways we didn't fully realize."     It's the end of Season 4! Wow, what a year this was and what a gift committing to making these affirmation episodes has been to me. There were many weeks this year that I didn't think I had it in me to record another affirmation from my worth, but I did it anyway and I'm grateful. I'm recapping what I learned this year from this creative project and what I have in store for Season 5. I hope you experience a beautiful end to your year and a deep reconnection to your worth.   Listen on: Apple Podcasts  |  Spotify  |  Google Podcasts  | Stitcher Links mentioned: Worthfull Project blog Worthfull Media

"Maybe you've been going at your very highest pace for a very long time."     The phrase "grace for your pace" descended into my mind a few weeks ago, and I saved it for a worthfull affirmation episode. It seems that the times we live in are a constant pull on our pace. There's always a request for us to go faster or to give more, but that isn't always what's actually needed. Our pace is often just fine, or a little too fast already, and giving ourselves grace for that makes all the difference. This worthfull affirmation is a reminder to check in on the grace you are giving yourself. For your pace, for other's pace, and for the greater community's pace. Could you give a little more grace for that pace? Give it a try.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: These Times by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"How well are you stewarding yourself?"     I get to edit my friend Tiffany Peterson's podcast, which is a delight. Recently on her show, she posed the question, "How well are you stewarding yourself?" It struck me immediately because I'd never thought about self-care in that way before. Then I started to think about how this relates to our worth. This worthfull affirmation is an opportunity for you to ask yourself the same question. If our worth is the best steward we can ask for, are we letting it fill that role? What would happen if we did? I think we'd experience the best care we can imagine, and we can decide to do this starting right now.   Links mentioned: Tiffany Peterson Music Credit: Idle Ways by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"You are known by the best parts of yourself."     I love reading Esther Perel's monthly email letters. She's a world-renown relationship therapist that teaches about how important it is to be connected to our aliveness, the fact that we are seen and known. I've been thinking about how powerful it is to know that we are known. Not just by others, but by ourselves, and by our worth. This worthfull affirmation is a reminder to you that you are known. For all of your best qualities and choices and efforts. And that you are known for who you really are by your worth.   Links mentioned: Esther Perel Music Credit: Crumbling Dock by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Change nothing except the amount of love you give to yourself." - Sarah Blondin     I heard this beautiful phrase while listening to a meditation a few weeks ago, and it sunk right into my heart. I hadn't ever thought that the only thing that might need to change in my life is the amount of love I give to myself. I loved exploring this idea and asking myself the question, what would happen if I only increased the amount of love I showed to myself? This worthfull affirmation is a reminder to you, and an invitation, to change the amount of love you give to yourself. To increase it wildly. And to believe that when we change nothing except the amount of love we give to ourselves, we change everything.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: A Palace of Cedar by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"I know that you're working your very hardest at being the kind of person you wish you were."     As usual, I recorded this affirmation for myself, because it's what I needed to hear. I read a snippet somewhere recently that started with, "I know that life is . . ." and it felt so comforting to hear someone else acknowledge the circumstances I was feeling. One of the best ways I've found to soothe myself is to speak to myself through the voice of my worth. So that's where this affirmation is coming from. This worthfull affirmation is a comfort for you. A chair to sit down on for a minute. A warm cup of tea to sip. A beautiful scene to take in. It's a reminder that all of your effort and all of your demands are seen and known. And that you don't have to carry the weight of the world, even if it feels like it.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Morning Colorwheel by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"What can I do to make this mountain taller so the women after me can see farther."   Rupi Kaur   It's been a heavy and overwhelming week in the world. Crises in Afghanistan, Haiti, and so many places as a result of the Earth's climate crisis and humanity's crises around politics and social justice have all hit at once. I've been doing my best to educate myself on how to help and also to understand what we've let happen to get us here. I know that worth is at the center of the way forward. It always is. This worthfull affirmation is a tribute to the women in Afghanistan, and around the world, who have built the mountain taller for those who come after them, and the pain they are experiencing right now as it appears to be swept away.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Flor Vjell by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Maybe when it hasn't happened yet, it's because the very best version of it hasn't quite been birthed."     I've been working on something for a long time that hasn't happened yet. It's felt like a marathon that's lasted months, maybe years. It's a really good thing that I know will be good for everyone involved. It's the thing I really care about right now. And it hasn't happened yet. I'm starting to see the wisdom in this wait; it's a time for my worth to really come to the surface and reveal herself to me. This worthfull affirmation is a reminder that when it hasn't happened yet, it's not because your worth is on the line. In fact, it may very well be because your worth needed to remind you that nothing you are waiting on will add to your worth.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Watercooler Quiet by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Being the best, when you're in a class of one, is a privilege and a joy."   I recently found a card I wrote to myself years ago. It was a simple pick-me-up, a reminder for a rainy day. On the front of the card it said, "You're the best," in lovely gold scripting. I set it on my desk for a nice little reminder. And then I started thinking about that idea. What does it mean to be the best at being ourselves? Isn't that what's at the heart of living worthfully? I think so. This worthfull affirmation is a reminder that you are the best at being you. You're in a class of one. Being the best comes with no burden, no competition, and no hierarchy. It's just the truth.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: So Go We by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Be patient with yourself. Nothing in nature blooms all year."   I've been practicing a lot of patience so far this year. In the pandemic, in my business, in my marriage, in other ways. It's been powerful and stretching and at times tiring. But I'm trusting that seasons of patience are leading to seasons of blooming and activity and excitement. And that I'll be so grateful I had the patience to experience all of these quiet moments before the bloom. This worthfull affirmation is a reminder that every season has deep value for us - the blooming, the shedding, the hibernation, and the germination. Patience is what lets our worth do its work and bring us again and again to a new bloom.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Morning Colorwheel by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

As long as you do not know How to die and come to life again, You are but a sorry traveler On this dark earth. - Johann von Goethe   I heard a short poem by Goethe in a mediation class a few years ago, and I jotted it down in a note on my phone because it struck me so much. Every so often, I'll see the note and re-read it and it still lands for me in the same way. The idea of death and birth being a natural cycle, that can happen again and again within a lifetime, is so powerful when we remember that our worth is intact through every chapter. It's the spark that allows a new phoenix of ourselves to emerge after every chapter ends. I recorded a worthfull affirmation to share the thoughts I've collected through the years about this cycle. As we come out of this chapter of a global death and rebirth through a pandemic and societal unraveling, I am especially grateful for this knowledge. Our worth will birth us into every new chapter if we remember its purpose is just that.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Passing Station by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Worth is constantly birthing belief.   I've been listening to some great new voices in business, entrepreneurship, mindset, and lifestyle. They're refreshing, honest, empowering, and grounded. (And they happen to be women, mostly women of color. Coincidence?) They are reminding me that belief in myself is the beginning of making my dreams reality. Not the daydream kind of belief -- I'm already excellent at that. But belief in my own strength, talent, and ability, as well as belief in a higher source that is supporting and invested in my success. I recorded a worthfull affirmation to capture the thoughts I've been having lately as a result of tuning into new energy, new sources, and new stories about how to make my bigger dreams happen. I hope it serves you in the same way.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Idle Ways by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Worth is the foundation that allows us to believe in faith and hope.   Faith, hope and charity are the three highest virtues espoused in Christianity. I've been raised on their power and importance my whole life, and I believe in them. But I had a thought before I made this affirmation that worth is the foundation piece that allows us to believe in these. This affirmation episode is for you -- to remember that faith, hope, and worth have the power to keep you going through anything.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Flor Vjell by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Freedom is an experience we create for ourselves.   I've been thinking about freedom lately and not in the physical sense. I've been thinking about freedom of spirit and of mind. Freedom from the walls I can build around myself when I think I'm not good enough. When I am not meeting my own expectations. This affirmation episode is for you -- to remember where freedom really comes from and that our worth is perpetually free, in the best way.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Lakeside Path by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

You are capable of staying uncomfortable and finding comfort there.   We're back to affirmation episodes this week. I'm all about breathers and breaks because they re-energize me around the things I love. I spent some time last week in a national park, off the grid, and soaked in all the medicine Mother Nature offers. It was a wonderful breather, and it gave me perspective on all the discomfort I've felt the past several months. Just like hiking up a mountain, discomfort is temporary. It's a growing process. We come out stronger from it if we choose. More importantly, our worth reminds us that we are still everything we feel when we are comfortable, when we are uncomfortable. And we can remind ourselves of that at any time.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: Cloudbank by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

If you've been wondering if it's the right time to be creative, it is. And you are.   I'm breaking the affirmation episode streak to tell a little story and do a little check-in with my year-long resolution to be a maker. To create. To reconnect with all my desires and abilities to explore art forms and make new things. I am loving it! Just a few months into the year, I've been making so much more than in any chapter of my life. And I'm noticing a shift in my identity. My confidence is growing. Other people are starting to think of me as a creative. I'm starting to think of myself as a true maker. I'm feeling the strength grow in my creative muscles. I'm settling into new habits of how I do work and play and expression. If you've been feeling the call to create, to express, and to explore, I hope you do. It's the worthfull way.   Links mentioned: Music Credit: So Go We by Blue Dot Sessions Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Your worth is ready for you to be the same on the outside and completely different on the inside.   Welcome to a new season of the show: the Worthfull Affirmations season. Every other week, I'll release a new episode on the podcast that will be a short affirmation set to music on a topic related to owning our worth. When I asked myself what affirmation I was ready to receive and give this week, I heard the phrase "your worth is ready." As soon as I heard that, I realized that my worth is always ready - for whatever I most deeply desire. Your worth is also ready. It's ready for the things you've been brave enough to admit only to yourself. Because your worth is listening to it all, and it is ready to walk with you. Let me know what you think! Every other week, I'll release a new episode on the podcast that will be a short affirmation set to music on a topic related to owning our worth. I've been thinking a lot about my value, both in my career and as a human being. It's easy to get fixated on certain markers of value that we've made up in this world. The value you see in others' creativity is a reflection of the value of your own creativity.   It's a new year, a new season of Worthfull Project, and a whole new kind of offering on the podcast. I took my time letting Season 4 of the show marinate inside me (6 weeks!). I feel like WP is a teenager now and she tells me what she wants to be. I've been so uplifted and nourished and inspired by a combo of things recently: classical music, photography, meditation, spoken word, poetry. And so I'm trying my hand (or voice rather) at the things that have been inspiring me. Welcome to a new season of the show: the Worthfull Affirmations season. Every other week, I'll release a new episode on the podcast that will be a short affirmation set to music on a topic related to owning our worth. It's a new creative project for me, so no surprise that this first affirmation episode is about your innate creative worth. Let me know what you think! "If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now." - Kali De Wild   As I wrap this season and year of Worthfull Project, I'm filled with all the emotions this year has brought into my heart. I'm digesting, processing, understanding them all at my own pace, but certain truths are already clear. We're always worth something. Always. No matter the circumstances or emotions or what is being said. And that's a truth I can know at any time, if I just remember. I'm very excited to digest all the things I've learned this year and fashion a new season and new offering of the Worthfull Project next year. I'm not sure when I'll start back on the podcast, but I'll be sure to let you know when the next chapter begins. Happy holidays worthfull ones.   Links mentioned: Pinterest quote from this episode Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Welcome to the fourth Special Series on the Worthfull Project podcast! If you listened to any of the Worthfull Home or Worthfull Work or Worthfull Motherhood Special Series, you'll enjoy this one focused on how we own our worth in our health -- yes, we're talking mind, body, and spirit! I have found certain topics relating to self-worth that are especially interesting to me, so I wanted to record mini episodes on each of these topics where I interview several people on the same topic to get a rich perspective on how to own my worth in these areas. This series is all about owning our worth in how we take care of ourselves. This is something I feel very passionate about, having spent the last decade of my life learning to take care of my body and spirit through wholesome diet, exercise, therapy, and self-care routines. If you knew me back in 2012, you'd know I had a significant lifestyle change that resulted in falling in love with plant-based eating, distance running, yoga, and more. Since then, I've been on a constant search for holistically healthful practices, which of course means worthfull as well. To dive deeper into this topic, I interviewed three friends who I think exemplify worthfull health beautifully. I made this series with the intention to binge listen, but enjoy however you want.   This episode is with my bestie Rebecca Regnier, who has appeared many times on the podcast, and is back to share her deep wisdom on leaving her 20+ year in corporate life to found a self-care company and put her own wellness first. "The things that light me up and bring me joy are always the things that remind me of my worth."   As a Christian, I love the Christmas season because of what it reminds me in my faith. The hope of a savior and redeemer from all things, the worth of each soul, the mercy of a loving god. I also love this season as a creative because the aesthetic of Christmas is pure joy. So this year I'm remembering a few key things about my worth at the holidays -- that the things that bring me light and joy are also the things that remind me of my worth. And my worth is the generator of light and joy within me. It's a beautiful circle that I'm so grateful to be focusing on this month. "We may never have a holiday like this again . . . when we have time to be and reflect and create."   I am very excited about this unique holiday season. I've been looking forward to it for a while because I feel like this holiday will have an abundance of something that is usually scarce this time of year . . . time to create. As this extraordinary year draws to a close and we reflect and celebrate the good, as we do during the holidays, I'm dedicating myself to the art of creation. Yes holiday gifts and delicious recipes and beautiful wrappings, but also home. Peace. Joy. Clarity. "Creating isn't just thinking about it."   I love talking to creatives and artists. They always inspire me to look inside myself for my own creative worth. So when I got to talk to Josh Rossi, world-renowned digital artist of viral photo fame, I was delighted. You've probably already seen some of Josh's work floating around your Facebook feed, or featured in People Magazine, or on Good Morning America. I remember first seeing his work when he created a photo series of his daughter as Wonder Woman, to show her that she is a superhero. In our conversation, we talk about owning our worth as creatives, but we also talk about what happens when we create the unimaginable and realize how big our potential really is. I love hearing yet another successful creative share how important it is to mirror back other's worth in everything we create.   Show notes The backstory on how Josh became the world-renowned digital artist he is today (3:10) The point when Josh started owning his worth as an artist (8:00) What opens up when we realize we can create the unimaginable (16:15) How to get going on a creative project when you're terrified (21:45) Why mentors and non-traditional education are so valuable (27:30) Why owning our worth makes us want to see others do the same (34:10) Links mentioned in this episode: Mentorcamp Follow Josh Instagram Facebook YouTube Website

"Seeing our results-based worth mirrored back to us helps us realize how infinite and huge our worth really is."   I have been a busy worker bee the past week designing a new site for my company, a new media kit for my personal brand, a new group coaching program, and a new podcast! I will share all the good updates as they roll out. During this process, I've been looking at my results and really taking in the worth of them. I know we don't usually talk about results-based worth, but there's a time and place to take them in and own them. What I've realized is this: looking at our results makes us realize how infinitely deeper our worth runs than just what we can list on paper.   Links mentioned: Worthfull Media Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Your needs will diminish as you embody your own beauty." - Sarah Blondin   I have been LOVING Sarah Blondin's meditations the past few months. See below for links where you can listen - highly recommend! She is worthfull at it's best. Today, I was listening to one while on my afternoon walk, and the line she said about embodying your own beauty struck me powerfully. What a wonderful way of describing owning your worth. I'm sharing my thoughts on this, and how timely it is for me, in this solo episode.   Links mentioned: Sarah Blondin meditations on Insight Timer Sarah Blondin podcast Live Awake Human Design Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Loneliness can also be grace and rest and the pause and the opportunity to rejuvenate."   I'm sharing a quote I saved months ago and just rediscovered. It really encapsulated what I've been in this season of post-wedding integration and processing. I can tell that I'm on the verge of all the doors opening in my professional life. I've got really cool projects cooking that I'm quite excited about and this little chapter of quiet and alone-ness has been just the ticket to let the creative juices flow. I hope you can see the same for yourself, in whatever way serves you the most.   Links mentioned: The quote that inspired today's episode Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Worth is the freedom to fall as opposed to the freedom to succeed."   Ok, this one is special. Tiff Tyler and I have been co-workers and friends for years, working in the trenches on building influencer podcasts and brands. She is a seasoned videographer, video marketer, producer, and more. But her insight into owning her worth in her work goes beyond what we have done together. I knew it was time to record this episode once the Worthfull Work series had come about. I have watched Tiff own her worth, as a minority on multiple levels, in an industry known for being dominated by white men. This conversation is such a treasure trove of insights, truths, inspiration, and it's just the beginning. Stay tuned for more from Tiff and I talking about worthfull work!   Show notes How being a multi-hyphenate in her profession has impacted Tiff's self-worth (3:45) How to manage perfectionism when failure is frequently required (7:40) What working as a female minority in your industry teaches you about your worth (14:40) The prices we pay when we don't seek out diverse perspectives (29:17) How to let your identity be an integration into your work (40:50) Links mentioned in this episode: The School of Greatness Koya Webb The Mask of Masculinity Let's Talk About Race White Fragility Follow Tiff Instagram Website

"The value of their relationships was a huge reflector of how their worth was carrying their careers forward."   If you caught the Worthfull Work Bonus Series on the podcast last week, you know it was a gem. I'm sharing my recap and takeaways in today's episode to make sure I take note of them for myself. And I hope they spark a few new thoughts about your worth in your work as well. Also, I'm sharing an exciting teaser for next week's episode and a very fun new project I'm working on that involves #worthfullwork. :)   Links mentioned: Worthfull Work Bonus Series Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Welcome to the second Special Series on the Worthfull Project podcast! If you listened to any of the Worthfull Home Special Series, you'll enjoy this one focused on how we own our worth in our work. I have found certain topics relating to self-worth that are especially interesting to me, so I wanted to record mini episodes on each of these topics where I interview several people on the same topic to get a rich perspective on how to own my worth in these areas. This series is all about owning our worth in our careers -- whatever that may look like for you. As an entrepreneur and business owner, I think about this all the time, so I interviewed three of my dear friends who I think exemplify worthfull work beautifully. I made this series with the intention to binge listen, but enjoy however you want. This episode is with my bestie Rebecca Regnier, who has appeared many times on the podcast, and is back to share her deep wisdom on pivoting from a successful career as an ad sales queen to founding her own self-care advocacy company. "Change is here to serve us, to teach us, to help us evolve. It's not just here to fill us with doubt." As I'm sure you can relate, I've been experiencing a LOT of change this year, this month, this season. For me it's been the pandemic, and getting married, and moving, and evolving my career, but I'm sure you can list all all your own top changes as well. I've been thinking lately about how all this change has impacted my self-worth; how it challenges my identity and worth -- and how it helps it. So I've recorded a solo episode to explore some of this, and I have a feeling I'll be exploring this for a while longer. "A big part of living worthfully is owning our desire." I want to hear your thoughts. We are coming up on 3 years of the Worthfull Project podcast, which is delightful, and also means it's time for a new chapter. After listening to the show (or skip to minute 12 if you want to get the highlights), I'd LOVE to hear what would serve you the most in the coming months from yours truly and the Worthfull Project. "The more awareness we have, the more choices we have."   This conversation is a continuation of one my friend Heather and I started the other night about one of my favorite topics -- somatic intelligence, or body awareness. Heather is the perfect person to talk to about this because she is a dancer, a dance teacher, and just as passionate about body awareness as I am. In this episode, we discuss several pieces of what it means to hold our body as a home for our worth, the maturing process of learning to befriend and listen to our body, and how increasing our awareness of our body increases our choices. I loved all of this and you can expect more episodes on this topic -- I think it's endlessly interesting.   Show notes What somatic intelligence is and why it matters (4:30) The power of body awareness Heather has learned as a teacher versus a student (7:18) How our choices increase as our awareness increases (14:22) How our bodies teach us about our worth (20:27) What Heather has noticed about teenager's connections to their bodies and worth (25:08) What it means for our bodies to be homes for our worth (32:55) Links mentioned in this episode: Jamie Baker episode on somatic intelligence Susan Bauer's Embodied Teen course Cally Flox's Teacher's Guide to Resiliency Through the Arts Danielle Doby Sensing, Feeling, and Action by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen Follow Heather Instagram Website

"How you frame it shapes what it even becomes." - Rob Bell   "Joy has no shame in repeating itself." I didn't feel like speaking today, so I put off recording this episode for most of the afternoon. But then I gifted myself a pick-me-up by watching all 1 hour and 19 minutes of Rob Bell's film, An Introduction to Joy, and I found something to say. I learned that how I frame my self-worth shapes what it even becomes - and that's worth sharing.   Links mentioned: Rob Bell's An Introduction to Joy Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"This truly is the new set point of this new chapter of my life."   Here is the final chapter in the worthfull wedding saga that I've been sharing pieces of this year. I felt it would be worth it to recap what I felt and learned as our wedding finally happened, in all its beautiful reality, and the worthfull lessons of being a pandemic bride. I am deeply grateful for the whole experience, the incredible support from so many, the beautiful miracle of our wedding, and the massive relief of it being complete (ha!). If I learned anything it was that I have always been worthy of all of the love and support I need, and this wedding was a beautiful reminder of that truth.   Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

"Depression is the need for deep rest from the person we've become and not who we are."   What a treat I have for you today. I recorded this conversation a couple of months ago with my brother-from-another-mother Jake Kauffman about the good stuff - mental health, vulnerability, healing, depression, worth, and coming home to ourselves. Jake and I met in a self-development workshop years ago in LA and it's been a strong bond ever since. He is now a thriving coach, writer, filmmaker, and more, and he has the chops to show for it. Jake is a special kind of treat and I recommend a listen. Bonus - he loves sharing the origin and meanings of words, so there's a few of those treasures sprinkled throughout.   Show notes What coming home to himself has felt like to Jake this past year (4:34) What it's like to read about your own life in your own words (7:25) What the word persona actually means (11:15) The difference between who you think you are and the truth of who you are (16:42) A different way to look at depression (19:55) What belonging feels like to Jake (23:48) What the meaning of vulnerability translates to (25:45) Why getting wounded in relationships can be worth it (28:45) Follow Jake Instagram

"When we don't own our choices, it's a direct sign that we're not owning our worth."   Sharing a thought from my journal today. I've been mostly silent about my wedding because it's been such a touch and go thing to plan during this pandemic. But as I thought today, 2.5 weeks out from the event, that silence hasn't been helpful. It's felt safe. But it's kept people who love me in the dark as to what's really going on in my life. The line I journaled this morning that really got me was, "Expression is powerful, even when silence seems safer." It occurred to me that this truth applies to ALL kinds of expression, on all topics, and that this as timely right now for anything you are struggling to express as it is for me. We really are worthy to express what we're experiencing. And that's what worthfullness looks like.   Follow Christine: Instagram | Facebook | Pinterest

Welcome to the first ever Special Series on the Worthfull Project podcast! This series is all about creating a worthfull home - or a home for your worth. Since this is my current obsession, I splurged and interviewed seven of my dear friends who I think exemplify a worthfull home beautifully. I made this series with the intention to binge listen, but enjoy however you want.   This episode is with my dear sister friend Christina Baltazar, a realtor, home stylist, wife, mother, and brilliant woman, who I look up to as a conscious creator in all areas of life. When I need a solid pick-me-up-with-a-dose-of-God-wisdom, I listen to Christina.   Sign up for the Worthfull Weekly Post Email: https://worthfullproject.com/mail/
