Lowkey is a UK rapper who has only ever produced music of substance. He is a beast on the mic and has been an enigma since the start of his career. As a member of the respected Poisonous Poets rap group and as an individual artist, Lowkey has has always been highly revered by fans of rap and critics. His skill as a lyricist is unquestionable and he is renowned as a master of his craft. 8 years ago, on his second album ’Soundtrack to the Struggle', he exemplified the notion of Hip Hop being the voice of the voiceless, and tested the limits of his artistry at a time when there weren’t as many platforms available for UK Rap.
