In this episode Teresa Haws and I discuss what the journey of a corporate women in upper level and senior management. Fascinating reflection on the trials, tribulations and wins of her career spanning over two decades. I loved the rich discussion the the way in which Teresa has navigated and grown with her career. I also loved the discussion of how to work as a leader who is introverted. She received her MBA from Brigham Young University in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience in business management including: operations, retail management, customer service, direct selling, and purchasing. This year marks Teresa’s sixth year in management with a prominent essential oils company, and her first year back in the United States after being an international market General Manager for the past two and a half years. Teresa is passionate about creating stable support structures and removing roadblocks to success. She also enjoys hiking and tutoring young readers in her spare time.
