Recently I was interviewed about my life and my journey on another podcast called Nathan K Ginger Beard podcast (https://open.spotify.com/show/2G5BjzWnjLqNolIocXMXRe)  - one I would highly recommend (NB my episode is out soon about mental health so please do check that one out)- and throughout this process I was introduced to a lovely chap called Glen john jones..Glen is the author of highly successful book "Think and Grow Vegan" (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Think-Grow-Vegan-gradually-confidence/dp/1916118801) - a wonderfully witty, funny, personable book about the what, why and hows of gradually moving to a plant based diet. He reveals his journey from meat-eater to vegan through five easy stages and his honest account acts as a brilliant guide for you if you decide to make the transition from or to any of these stages. Having been toying with the idea of giving up meat for the past few months, I was extremely fascinated to chat to Glen about this journey..We discussed his reason behind his shift to the plant based diet. I was able to pick his brains about the pros and cons, his mindset shift, and the impact a diet like this can have on our mind and body.  It was also extremely interesting to find out about the journey of writing and releasing a book, and his challenges that came with that... plus, both being personal trainers, we chatted about fitness, Glens crazy 2021 Ironman Goals and ... avocados..PLEASE review this podcast on apple/spotify.
