So we’re officially a week into 2018, and I hope the year is already looking up for you. It’s a new year, and the majority of us have new goals - maybe you’ve returned to work or school or home management this week - and your routines are getting back in gear after the long holiday season. Maybe you’re kicking butt at that list of resolutions, and if so, well done, you! But whether or not you’re staying on track with your goals, for many (or most!) of us the first week gone is a good time to gauge how realistic the resolutions are that we set for ourselves. It’s after this first week that it’s not uncommon for us to start placing a foot or two outside the wagon, so to speak - it’s during this time that we can start losing momentum with our goals. It’s time to decide - are you gonna admit defeat or use this as a moment to reevaluate, readjust, and get back on the horse.
