Lauren and I talk about shares about how she’s overcome her eating disorder and body dysmorphia and how these disorders have impacted her health today and how she is now using her voice to educate and empower young people to love themselves and love their bodies and most importantly to be happy with themselves just the way they are. Lauren is bubbly and full of life despite still battling with health issues.
