The Emotional Cycle of Change & Our Past and Current Realities

“Change goes way deeper than just counting calories and being mindful of your food choices. It has everything to do with behavior”.   This week on Master Your Mindset and Metabolism, I will be talking to you about the Emotional Cycle of Change including the different phases we go through in order to get to where we desire to be. I will also underline the importance of behavior in the process of achieving positive change in our lives and some relatable scenarios as to why some of us are stuck in a behavioral loop instead of achieving a better version of ourselves.    To cap things off, we will revisit the things we learned during pur childhood and appreciate the role of those memories in helping build our so-called belief system which in turn has a direct impact on our behavior at present.    “Ever wonder how you can achieve such great things in your life?
