With more vegan products and (many highly processed) appearing on our shelves daily, it can be seen as the new trend. Yet figures show that in the UK that less than 1% of people are said to identify as vegans, with almost half in the 15-34 age bracket.  It can be quite confusing if you are looking to reduce your meat intake and transition into a more plant-based style diet. Author Glen John Jones helps eliminate the stress with his book Think and Grow Vegan where he details his own journey into veganism through a 5 stage process.  Glen a qualified Personal Trainer, Masseuse, endurance athlete and triathlon enthusiast talks about why and how he decided to switch, what benefits it has given him as well as overcoming the social obstacles, questions and concerns he faced along the way.  Really enjoyed talking to Glen with laid-back demeanor, honest approach and knowledgeable background.
