Advocating for Yourself This month’s theme is Reflections and you can get the free worksheet at    This is a different episode.  It started as an Actionable Tip for anyone who is seeing a counsellor or therapist, but after some reflection (the theme for this month), I decided to go more audio blog style. I describe my experiences presenting at a local transition home, where some of the residents were feeling the need to advocate for themselves.  I also share a story of a time when I first started out as a clinical counsellor, when I didn't advocate for myself.
