In this episode we discuss something that is key for athletes to have when thinking of nutrition. Nutrition plans are great, but you also need to have a Plan B for when things go wrong. You’ll recall that he raced IRONMAN© 70.3 Santa Rosa earlier this year, where he had a solid day and placed 4th in his Age Group, which is the same here. Adam and I talk about how important it is to give yourself grace on race day and not allow mental thoughts to enter your head that are negative.
