After a challenge we had at the hotel in Cumberland, MD Megan said I would be the perfect person in our group to talk with the General Manager to fix the problem. This statement made me curious, and I ask her more about her suggesting me to be the one to handle a lousy customer experience challenge.  And after spending Christmas day with my father, I realized it is me that hasn't changed. I still carry a grudge with him, and that needs to change. Time to forgive and move forward.
