It may seem like a really simple and maybe even pointless distinction, but I want to know if your goal is about what you want to be rather than what you don't want to be? Focusing on what we "don't want" is a tricky one as our brain just discards the don't part. So making a small change like being explicit on what you DO want can make one hell of a difference.
