Meet Chris Brook, this incredible man went through PTSD and suicidal had thoughts but decided to keep searching for answers to get his physical and mental health back up and thriving. In this episode, we share with you how Chris worked through his symptoms and depression by finding hope in many different interests in his own life. He didn't always know how to get healthy or even if he would get results, but he kept trying. He signed up to our Nutrition+Detox coaching program and found incredible results for him and his brother!
