A Grounding Meditation

Have you felt unbalanced or unsteady lately? Today’s meditation will allow you to ground yourself deeply to the earth, physically through the soles of your feet and energetically through an anchoring breath. Allow yourself to get out of your head and come back to the present moment. It will bring with it a sense of stability and calm. In all those moments when life is confusing and you feel unsure, tune in to remind yourself that the earth is holding you up every moment of the day.
