Massachusetts native, Holly Clarke started running in high school and ran at John Hopkins where she helped her cross country team win 2 NCAA DIII National Championships. After graduation, she moved out to the Bay Area and was encouraged to join a running team in the last hundred meters from the finish line of her first marathon. Holly joined the Impala Racing Team in 2015 and has been thriving ever since. In this episode, we discuss Holly’s journey from BQ to OTQ, running with the Impalas, balancing running and work, and why sometimes taking time off is the key to having fun and getting faster.
