The genre bending Bangs doesn’t like being pigeon holed, and his catalogue will tell you the same.
Starting with his first EP in 2015 titled, “She’s Gone” produced by Paul Cauthen, he got buzz around the Dallas scene for the self titled track “She’s Gone” and fan favorite, “Cocaine Road.”
With a new band in tow, Bangs’ and his crew went down to Dripping Springs to record Bangs’ first full length album. Released in July 2018, Bangs’ self-titled album, produced by Sam Culp, had hits like “Chasing That Gold,” “Belmont Tiff,” and “Taking a Ride.”
Bangs has been hitting the road at a rapid pace trying to grow his audience. He says, “As soon as they watch the show, they will be a fan, I promise you that.” The passion put in every performance leaves Bangs’ exhausted, and soaked in sweat.
The newest single, “Steel Crushes The Bone” has been on a hot start, making appearances on radio stations across Texas and Oklahoma. It is also on the charts for Texas/Red Dirt singles.
The next release from Bangs is currently mid November 2019.
The road doesn't stop, and neither does the rock n roll.
