As well as his studio work Jay is well known for his talent behind the decks, with an ear for music lovingly honed during seven years working at UK online vinyl store Juno Records, and as a live artist, touring the world and playing at many of the worlds most respected venues like Fabric London or Panorama Bar Berlin.
In the past ten years since the debut release Shepheard has gone on to release twenty two original EPs, two albums and over 50 remixes. In late 2016 he made his long awaited Boiler Room debut and during 2017 he showed no sign of slowing down with new vinyl EPs for labels such as Nothing Is Real (the new Rebirth sister label), Pets Recordings and Chord.
