Originally born in Trenton, New Jersey, Denise Marsa is an award-winning singer and songwriter and has been writing, singing and producing her own music for over four decades.
Along with her career as a singer-songwriter and performer, she runs KeyMedia Public Relations, KeyMedia Group and Denise Marsa Productions.
A self-taught keyboardist, as a songwriter she has been signed to Warner Bros Music, UK and Warner Chappell LA, USA. BMG Rights Management is currently administering her vast catalog of songs dating back from the 80’s and many of her client’s work as a producer and through her record label KeyMedia Group.
In 1998 she released her debut album SELF on her label KeyMedia Group and in 2012 she released her follow up CD LIVE FOREVER. She first broke onto the music scene in the late 70’s as the female voice on Dean Friedman’s duet LUCKY STARS. The recording was a big hit in the UK, Australia and Scotland, and is today considered a classic. Her second recording was HELPLESS, (You Took My Love) from 80’s dance producer Bobby Orlando. There was another voice on the recording and he removed it and added Denise’s voice after a studio manager, recommended Denise for the record. It became a top #12 hit on the International Billboard Dance charts. Denise's website:
