A self-taught keyboardist, as a songwriter she has been signed to Warner Bros Music, UK and Warner Chappell LA, USA. BMG Rights Management is currently administering her vast catalog of songs dating back from the 80’s and many of her client’s work as a producer and through her record label KeyMedia Group. BMG is also sponsoring her newest project, a musical play, her life and career told in stories through songs and vignettes, THE PASS.
In 1998 she released her debut album SELF on her label KeyMedia Group and in 2012 she released her follow up CD LIVE FOREVER. She first broke onto the music scene in the late 70’s as the female voice on Dean Friedman’s duet LUCKY STARS. The recording was a big hit in the UK, Australia and Scotland, and is today considered a classic. Her second recording was HELPLESS, (You Took My Love) from 80’s dance producer Bobby Orlando. There was another voice on the recording and he removed it and added Denise’s voice after a studio manager, recommended Denise for the record.
