Twin brothers Pat and Sean Kelly are a genre-bending Swiss Army knife.
Growing up, their parents played the sounds of Stevie Wonder, Neil Young, the Beatles, and Steely Dan. As kids, they were inspired by late 90s pop-rock artists like Third Eye Blind and Goo Goo Dolls, singer-songwriters like Edwin McCain, and R&B artists like Boyz II Men. As they started joining bands in middle school, they gravitated toward the heavier sounds of Deftones and Thursday. In the mid 00’s, as they entered high school, and then college, they fell in love with art-rock bands like Coheed and Cambria, The Mars Volta, and Circa Survive and indie folk artists like Iron & Wine, the Decemberists, and Sufjan Stevens.
From high school through the mid 2010’s, they performed and toured in a rock trio called The Revere, where they released two full length albums, and a 4-song EP. They also released a version of the Christmas song "O Holy Night" in 2013 which went viral, with over 1.3 million views on YouTube.
Since the very beginning, they have always remained a duo. In 2016, they transitioned to playing music full time, creating a lifestyle surrounded by their love for connecting with others through music.
Their favorite cover songs span different eras-like 90s R&B classic “No Diggity” by Blackstreet, the Beatles’ “I’ve Just Seen a Face” and George Michael’s infectious song “Faith”. In 2019, they released their second original song “I’m Gonna Love You ’Til I Die”, a percussive feel-good love song.
