The brothers flipped a coin to see who would play bass and who would sing. They went out bough a mic and a bass guitar for $100, stole an old guitar amplifier from another family member and showed up for first practice. The drummer and guitar player knew immediately thee two brothers had no experience at all but stuck with it anyway when the singer told them he had already booked them their first gig at the now infamous Vampyre Lounge. Over the 30 days they wrote six songs and add in two cover songs, one was Heartbreak Hotel and the other was I Got F'd By The Devil Last Night.
That evening as they were setting up for their first gig, the guitar player told the brothers that drummer was quitting and not going to come to the gig. After some tense moments before their first gig, they convinced the drummer to show up. Once they got to the gig, the guitar player informed the brothers that this would be his first and last gig too.
The band had already broke up before their first gig.
That night they played to a sold out crowd and wouldn't leave the stage until the power was pulled.
