They have performed at Tomorrowland, We Are Electric, Parookaville, Balaton Sound, sold out concert hall Vooruit and did the support show for The Chainsmokers in Belgian Lotto Arena. Curtis Alto have received support from the likes of Pete Tong and Martin Solveig.
'Hold Me Close' is a special song to the brothers. Not only because it is the first song of the Curtis Alto Music label - as part of Spinnin' Records - , but also because it’s a way to express their state of mind and how they feel.
The song combines really raw elements together with smooth and dreamy vocals. In the chorus a powerful synth is introduced which gives one a spacious feeling.
Not only does the song represent these feelings; there is also the highly expressive art work, created together with fashion designer Tom Van Der Borght. It has lots of bright, powerful color clouds and a leopard across their logo, as a sign of their passion to strive for what Curtis Alto really means.
Just before the release, Curtis Alto releases a so-called “Daydream session” along; this time they perform 'Hold Me Close' in an ancient power plant, the setting accentuating the rawness and the spacious vibe of the song.
