Things changed quickly for the duo in the summer of 2012, when they were approached by studio mate Thomas D'Arcy, having them do a dubstep rework of his song "You Lovely You," a track that had just been featured in the latest Telus TV commercial, opened a wide door for YWH.
They tweaked Tom's soulful guitars and energetic vocals to make a version of the track that quickly became a fan favourite. The duo's first released single, "You Lovely You (YWH Version)” was a game changer. The once ‘behind-the-scenes’ young producers emerged on the electronic music landscape as full-fledged artists with a following.
In 2015, they produced the song “Uma Thurman” for Fall Out Boy which landed the group their first multi-platinum placement, Billboard 200 #1 album credit, and Billboard Hot 100 #22 charting hit, along with their first #1 song on the iTunes Music Charts.
