He earned a degree in Music History from Wayland Baptist University, and recently completed a Master’s degree in Screen Scoring at New York University.
Caleb participates extensively in choral and orchestral music, and fell in love with film watching the works of Alfred Hitchcock and Steven Spielberg. Composers like Mark Snow, Alan Silvestri, and Michael Giacchino are strong influences on him.
Recent projects include scoring the stage production of The Golden Apple, a Greek mythology play by Ford Ainsworth and Rebecca Osborne, crafting the eerie musical world of The Keeper, a limited horror television series from director Dillon Brown, and multiple jingles in the brand marketing industry.
Caleb's greatest joy is participating in the art that is filmmaking, contributing to visual media with a unique mix of electronic and orchestral musical styles. His passion is expressing intricate emotions through many styles of music, tailored to the production, scene, or media he is composing for.
