His latest EP ‘Central European Tyme’ is recorded live in the studio during 2016-17 without the use of multi tracking or MIDI sequencing. Thematically it deals with the concept of time and the European identity. Technically it’s a development of ideas founded during the creation of his debut EP ‘Ohrnacht’. Released in 2016 it contains a collection of tracks recorded while experimenting with analogue sequencers, synthesizers and drum machines in combination with cheap home organs and various effects.
During 2017 Niels executed his first live performances without the use of computers or backtracking. Relying on analogue sequencers, drum machines and triggers to generate truly organic electronic music on stage.
