Having lived in NYC, LA and Atlanta, Kristian Luc has written and produced songs for a number of other artists. Previously he was part of Luc Brothers, a group formed with his siblings - the band toured around Denmark and played at major music festival Smukfest for four years in a row. In 2004, he hosted Danish music TV show, ‘Boogie’, interviewing industry legends like the Black Eyed Peas, Will Smith and Jennifer Lopez.
A versatile artist, songwriter and producer, Kristian Luc finds creative inspiration in everything, every day: “Daily life, with its trials and tribulations, inspires me. I’ve got eternal curiosity. My iPhone is filled with voice-memos and ideas - the more I do, the more I make. When I write and produce I just get engulfed and forget the world around me."
Originally from Aarhus, with Danish-Congolese roots, Kristian Luc is the second youngest of five sons. Growing up in a musical family, the artist wrote his first song and began playing guitar by aged 7. His musical influences range from iconic artists like Prince, Earth Wind and Fire, MJ, Alicia Keys and Chaka Khan to producers including Timbaland, The Neptunes, Teddy Riley and Dre.
