Formed between London and Copenhagen in 2015, Off Bloom make hook-driven left-field electro-pop. Songwriting and production meld together in a 'collision of worlds' as the trio, founded by English expat Alexander Flockhart and Danish Mads Christensen, featuring Mette Mortensen as soulful lead vocalist, draw inspirations from experimental electronic hiphop such as Hudson Mohawke, hypnotic '70s Krautrock and modern pop pop melodies.
Early single "Love to Hate It" accumulated over a million streams in 2016, and they toured in support of Dua Lipa and LANY in the spring of 2017. Off Bloom's bedroom-recorded debut, the Love to Hate It EP, arrived on Sport Records in October 2017 and they have since then made waves with the single "Falcon Eye" later that year and their second EP "Lover Like Me" featuring the very same Hudson Mohawke as a co-prodcuer on "rockefe11a (Fuck That To Be Honest)". The band continue to grow as songwriters (both writing and producing for themselves and other artists) and performers having recently released the '90s inspired "Love Actually" and can be caught live in late May as they head on tour with ALMA.
