Singles and EPs
Washington, D.C.-based singer-songwriter Stephanie Renberg is a keen observer, who draws inspiration from the world around her, as well as from her own life experiences. The artist’s lyrical imagery can be heard in her irresistible electro-pop songs, including the sentimental and romantic “Hourglass”, and the dancefloor anthem “Stop, Drop, Reset,” which recreates the frenzied nature of a couple on the verge of an argument. Both singles, set for release this year, are collaborations with producer and songwriter Alex Houton of AHM Media (Jennifer Lopez, Panic! At The Disco). Looking ahead, Renberg, who is legally blind, hopes that she can offer a voice to other young people who are visually impaired. “The world doesn’t know enough about disabilities, and people tend to get very uncomfortable with the topic,” she says. “My dream is to change that by putting people at ease through music.” With an infectious positivity and creative passion that radiates throughout her work, there is no doubt that the future is bright for this rising young talent.
