Graduated in saxophone at the “L. Refice ”of Frosinone with full marks. Winner of the Massimo Urbani prize in 1996 and the "Europe Jazz Contest", awarded to him in Belgium as best soloist and to his quartet as best group; in 2000 he won the "Top Jazz" in the new talents category and in 2010 as the best saxophonist of the year, ranking first in the annual referendum held by the specialized magazine Musica Jazz.
His collaborations in the field of jazz are also many and prestigious, where he has had the opportunity to support musicians of absolute value such as Charlie HADEN, Gonzalo RUBALCABA, Phil WOODS, Enrico PIERANUNZI, Enrico RAVA, Kurt ELLING, Joe LA BARBERA, Joe LOCKE, John PATITUCCI, Richard GALLIANO and many others.
Giuliani played in the most important festivals in the world: DC Jazz Festival (Washington), Blue Note Jazz Festival, Jazz at Lincoln Center (New York), Umbria Jazz (Italy), Jazz in Vienne (France), Kanazawa Jazz Festival (Japan), Jazz Promenade (Japan), JVC Jazz Festival ( France), Town Hall (New York), North Sea Jazz Festival (Holland), London Jazz Festival (England) ), Marciac Jazz Festival (France), Shanghai Jazz Festival and then again tour which took place in the most important theaters of Japan, all of Europe, California, Israele, in the most important philharmonics of Russia and Siberia, Colombia, Mexico, Hong Kong, China etc.
