Julie @yogaressa is known internationally for her soothing voice as a leading Yoga Nidra meditation guide and educator, and you'll find her featured on the global meditation app, Insight Timer.

Julie first discovered meditation in her home country of South Africa. During her career as a business executive in Europe and the US, she welcomed yoga and meditation as a blueprint for more balanced living. She is equal parts teacher, student, speaker, writer, and accomplished concert pianist (the last one is not true, except for in her vivid imagination).
Hosting meditation workshops and trainings online and in person is a favorite part of Julie’s work, as is leading yoga retreats to spectacular destinations.
When she’s not immersed in meditation, yoga, and photography, you may find Julie cuddling dogs, sipping fermented grape juice, and indulging in a chocolate treat.
