Albania's Enca Haxhia, aka Enca, is a vocalist known for her eye-popping visual style and sensual, dance-oriented pop.
Born Ruensa Haxhiaj in Tirana, Albania in 1995, Enca first came to the public's attention via cover songs she posted online to various social media platforms. Her career began picking up steam around 2012 when she was featured alongside rapper Big Basta on the televised vocal competition Kënga Magjike. Several more TV appearances followed, as did a handful of original singles. However, her breakthrough came in 2014 when she scored a viral hit with her "A po t'pëlqen" single. In 2016, Enca took home four Zhurma Show Awards, including "Best Pop" and "Best Female" for her "Dreq" single. ~ Matt Collar, Rovi
