Picked to play the BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury 2016, the 6-piece Milton Keynes-based band specialises in dynamic and unique songs – Gwen’s soaring vocals interlocking with a fresh musical palette of trombone, clarinet, trumpet and synth. A Kickstarter crowd-funded success story, their debut single ‘See My Girl’ was BBC Introducing Track Of The Week on BBC 3 Counties Radio and picked for both the Unsigned Guide’s Spotlight blog and for Best of British Unsigned.
Following the success of their BBC Introducing Glastonbury set, the band has received BBC Radio 1 airplay from the inimitable Huw Stephens. 2017 has, so far, seen the band release their single ‘Temper’ and be selected to play the Platform stage at Sundown Festival, amongst other exciting performances across the UK.
In their short time together, the band has played such legendary venues as Glastonbury Festival, The Big Feastival, Sundown Festival, Wilkestock Festival, Togfest, Tramlines Festival, Camden Assembly (headline slots), The Borderline Soho, O2 Academy2 Islington, Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, The Stables, The Old Queen’s Head Islington, and 93 Feet East.
