Al came up playing in rock bands throughout high school, eventually earning a Bachelor of Music from Toronto’s Humber College in 2010. Al’s band Aberdeen, of which he was the lead singer and primary songwriter went on to release two records and embarked on multiple Canadian tours including dates on the Vans Warped Tour. The band appeared in the 2010 Disney film “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” starring the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.
Al’s path through the music industry would continue in the Ontario bar scene. This experience led to the establishment of The Agenda, a record production group and live backing band. Through his work as part of the Agenda, Al has played hundreds of shows across Canada as a guitarist and backup vocalist for artists including Amanda Marshall, Beverley Mahood, Leah Daniels, David James, and Vanessa Marie Carter.
Enlisting the help of his bandmates in The Agenda, Al co-produced his first solo EP titled “Life To Live” in 2019. The EP is scheduled for digital release as singles in 2020.
