Born and raised in the remote fishing village of Husavik (population 2000), Axel Flóvent rose to acclaim in early 2016 after the release of the impressive Forest Fires EP, closely followed by 2017’s Quiet Eyes EP.
Having spent the past 2 years residing in the Netherlands and Brighton, UK where he wrote and recorded 2018's Youthful Hearts EP, he has returned back home in Reykjavik, Iceland where the story began.
